The Mill is a two storey barn conversion, with sitting and dining room on the ground floor, together with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and family bathroom. The property has views over Ivinghoe Beacon to the front, and has a bench outside the front door for the property's own use.

We enjoyed a four and a half month stay at The Mill whilst having work done to our home. The Mill is a surprisingly spacious 3 bed set up with all the facilities we needed having packed all our bits away. The cottage was clean on arrival with fresh linen provided fortnightly. The staff were always on hand and extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is incredible with views over Ivinghoe Beacon. Our dog had a very happy stay! The campsite gets busy over the summer holidays but that means you benefit from the catering trucks that turn up on Friday and Saturday nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Town Farm and will be visiting again to camp this time.

Super location for walking and running.
We had everything we needed and it is all a high standard.
Town Farm are very responsive to any issues and extremely professional.
Booking and billing spot on too.

We stayed at the Mill for a few months while having some work done on our house, and loved our time there. It's a special place, and felt like being on holiday rather than being in a rental away from home.

Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay easier, and the site itself is beautiful and an amazing place to spend so much time.

We loved it.

The Mill is a very comfortable cottage, with views over the farm and of ivinghoe Beacon. It has just been refurbished and was absolutely spotless, with a well equipped kitchen at the back. The kitchen has a view of the farmyard, which is also really well looked after. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms with wooden beams. These add to the character of the place.

The cottage doesn’t have its own garden but there is a bench to sit at just outside the front door with a lovely view of Ivinghoe Beacon. We also enjoyed sitting and reading at the picnic tables and benches on the grassy lawn opposite. Mill Cottage is close to one of the main camping fields but the campsite is surprisingly quiet and was of no bother to us.

We enjoyed being able to walk into Ivinghoe village, which has a lovely pub. We enjoyed our walks to the top of Ivinghoe Beacon from the farm even more, it’s well worth the effort for the stunning views, especially at sunset.

A very comfortable cottage, well furnished and equipped.
Set in a beautiful rural location with stunning views of the Chilterns. Only 1 minor issue is that each bedroom has only 1 small window.

Third year visiting Town Farm. Love the location with the Beacon, windmill, countryside. Friendly staff on hand to help if needed. Great to have coffee van and take aways on site. Will be back again next year.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially as we needed flexibility to extend our stay.

The location is stunning - waking up every morning to a view of Ivinghoe beacon is something I will remember for a long time, and the farm is surrounded by fields of sheep and crops with walks in every direction.

Overall we could not have chosen a nicer temporary accommodation for our family.

I am in fact still at The Mill (your review request sent a bit early). The Mill is a three bed property and, at that, good value for money. It's well equipped and functional. I had stayed at Groom's Cottage previously and preferred that because of its outside space and privacy - The Mill is on the camp site driveway and opposite the children's play area, and it can get busy at weekends.

Customer service, as always at Town Farm, is excellent - the whole place is well run with a kindly, family vibe.

We stayed at The Mill while having renovation work done to our house. It was a great choice and we would definitely come back and also recommend to our friends and family.
