We stayed with friends and two dogs that were so welcome and had a lovely week in this beautiful barn conversion,
Malthouse is wonderful with every need catered for. Completely safe for our dogs too.
The beds are very comfortable the towel are soft !
Just book it as I’m sure it will get hard to do with return visits.

We & our 2 Cocker spaniels had two weeks of comfort, relaxing, beaches on our doorstep dog friendly pub 5 minutes away, with great food. Ally & Rick are a lovely couple providing everything & more in an absolutely gorgeous barn conversion. The only complaint is everyone else knows now !!

I can honestly say the Malthouse Farm Barn is one of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in, it was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was fantastic, lots of crockery and glasses, decent kitchen knives, plenty of utensils and even a couple of pairs of scissors oh and there is a proper freezer and a Nespresso machine. The bedrooms were a really good size and it was so nice to have enough space to hang clothes and unpack properly, whilst the beds are wonderful. The bathrooms were clean and bright as well as having decent lighting plus there were plenty of towels.
The Welcome basket was lovely full of delicious bread, milk, eggs, cake, biscuits and dog treats oh and some extra poo bags.
As for dog friendly there were baskets of dog towels, extra bowls, a couple of balls and a cookie jar full of treats, the dogs loved the window seats and being able to snuggle on the sofas with us, the garden is secure and well kept and there was plenty of seating so both humans and dogs can relax.
We all agreed if we could have stayed longer we would have, the Malthouse Barn feels just like a home.

The barn was renovated to a very high standard, the design and layout was well thought out and we settled in straight away with our 6 dogs. Beautifully furnished and clean. Generous welcome pack of delicious treats plus a supply of eggs, bread and milk. A welcome bottle of Prosecco was chilling in the fridge on our arrival. Lovely high walled garden for the dogs with dog shower to rinse off the dogs after swimming in the sea. Good location for traveling around and visiting the area. Short level walk down a field track to a dog friendly beach. (Also a run free dog field approx a mile down the road). The best property we have stayed in.

Absolutely stunning barn conversion. Beautiful, modern interior with everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday provided for both human and canine guests. The photos on the website look impressive but still don’t do justice to just how WOW Malthouse Farm Barn is. The big garden is perfect for dogs to run around in and is both safe and secluded by the high boundary wall that completely surrounds it. Lovely to sit out in sunshine during the day or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. All this and it’s only a ten minute stroll away from a quiet, dog friendly beach! We all had a marvellous time and were very sad when the time came to leave. Definitely would love to stay again.

Wonderful accommodation, the barn is beautifully presented and very clean throughout.
The barn is perfectly located to enjoy both the coastline and countryside with a short walk from the front door to a beautiful golden sand beach.
The hosts were very thoughtful in both corresponding information quickly and in their attention to detail and thoughtfulness in providing a lovely welcome gift of local artisan bakes, this was greatly appreciated.

It was our first time staying here, the property is fitted out to a very high standard and is beautiful. It’s a lovely location and the walled garden fantastic for dogs. Truly dog friendly, nearby beaches and dog paddocks, pub within walking distance. Near to dog friendly beaches
We would definitely stay again. Owners lovely and left basket of goodies for us and dogs on arrival

A lovely week spent at local beaches and enjoying the secure garden. The accommodation is beautiful and very comfortable. Very well equipped with everything you could need.
