We absolutely loved our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, the beautiful views, comfy chalet and amazing facilities at the farm park which were perfect for keeping our 4 and 6 year old thoroughly entertained! Highly recommend and would love to return.

The weather very windy and on the cool side, but our grandchildren, 10 and 12, found much to do on the farm as so much was included for free.They really enjoyed the activities and loved seeing the animals close up, pettting when allowed and feeding the Wallabies and especially feeding the Guinea Pigs with a fishing rod. Great idea.
As it was Easter the Farm staff provided an Easter Egg hunt on every day of the whole weekend. A bonus.
We were so impressed how well run everything was. Very friendly staff who were very relaxed and let people get on with enjoying thenselves.
No doubt when the hot weather comes at last the Aqua Park will be a great place to be.
On our one hot day we had a wonderful walk from Freshwater bay up to the Needles and caught the bus back. Great views all around.
Our chalet accommodation was clean and comfortable but we could have done with more storage space for clothes.

We really enjoyed our stay and found it a comfortable chalet. It suited our party to have 3 bedrooms all with single beds. However, the beds were a bit on the narrow side! There wasn’t room round the table for all six of us at the same time, even though an extra two folding chairs were provided. The chalet was warm and cosy and there was everything we needed for a weekend but it would have been a bit cramped for 6 adults for a whole week with lots of luggage. We enjoyed visiting the farm and trying pickleball and padel. The blurb said there was a log burner but we didn’t have one. Not a problem as we probably wouldn’t have used it anyway.

We had a lovely stay at West Chalet. The field in front was excellent for our dogs who had their best holiday. Cot and highchair provided for our 6-month old grandchild.
My main gripe was storage. It would be much better to remove the doors from wardrobes in bedrooms to allow access for hanging clothes, or even to partly shelve out.
We also had a main on a large noisy grass cutter outside our windows at 8am on Tuesday morning which got us all up bright and early. Had to glare at him for waking baby another morning too. Maybe he can cut grass later in day or around unoccupied chalets.
Staff very helpful and we were allowed early access and late check out which was super helpful with baby and all equipment.
All in all it’s a great holiday. We really enjoyed the bingo on Wednesday night, even though we didn’t win anything.

Lovely stay. Enjoyed everything of Tapnell Farm and accommodation at West Chalet was good with a lovely view! Only suggestion would be to maybe add a tall mirror somewhere in the chalet.. will definitely visit again!!

The snow was disappearing as we arrived with the weekend storm brewing.
Throughout we were cosy warm and comfortable; sleeping well.
