Owners friendly and helpful, appartment spotless, location excellent for all amenities. A very quiet flat at the rear of the premise, we were there for a week. On the 4th day the flat above became occupied and the noise was really bad. There must be a problem with the flooring, every sound came through the ceiling. Had upstairs been occupied the whole week it would have spoiled the holiday. Without the noise, it would be fantastic.

When we arrived the apartment just looked beautiful.
It’s was modern. Clean. Roomy. Pretty. Fresh.
It had everything we needed for a short stay.
The owners communication was really good. Always at the end of the phone or on email.
I requested the opportunity for an earlier check in, due to being severely let down at another accommodation and the room was ready 2 hours before the discussed 3pm.
Which really helped with our family’s special plans.
This was sooo appreciated.
The location was perfect for people visiting.
We wasn’t. But it still was perfect!
I cannot say enough how perfect it was and could recommend to anyone!

The best accommodation I’ve stayed in.
It was pricey. But then what do you expect for a beautiful place like this for 4 people!
The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfy to sleep on for 2 people. Might need to bring another duvet to help pad out the bed!
The apartment was very warm. So maybe a fab provided would be a good idea!
But honestly.
These are just honest little niggles!
It was the most beautiful place.
Amazing hosts.
Lovely rooms.
Spotlessly clean.
Perfect parking and location.
10/10 for sure! :)

Second time we booked this year,everything is supplied for you in a modern apartment close to shops ,beach opposite with plenty of restaurants and arcades within a 2 min walk,covid safe and any problems there is a mobile number provided

This is our 2nd stay at Sunnybeach and once again it was great. Lovely and clean and modern. Perfect location for us with the bus station close by. Will definitely be returning.

The apartment was amazing just a very short walk to the beach and other amenities. Lots to do and plenty of places to eat in or take-away also delivery service at most places. Will definitely be booking again and would recommend it AAA*****

I have stayed here in the past and always enjoyed my stay and it was good. The flat has been completly renovated recently and is amazing it now has a new bigger bathroom entrance into flat has been moved giving more space in living room. Everything is brand new and modern i felt like I'd walk into one of the tv makeovers. Well done Tina.
Nothing is too much for owners they are friendly and helpful. Property is right opposite beach and near to the harbour.
