This place is just wonderful. It is finished to a high standard and is very comfortable and homely. It is situated in a very quiet location and is only 10 minutes from the seaside at Paignton. It is ideally positioned to explore Torbay and the surrounding areas and allows you to escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside at the end of your day. The children loved seeing the pheasants running around in the garden! I would highly recommend staying here; you won't regret it! Steve & Tina are great hosts.
Beautifully presented cottage in complex of 4 - lovely views and great location. Dog was very happy with the property too!
We only stayed for a weekend but had an amazing time.a beautiful cottage , it felt as if it was our own home. Kids loved it .
Owners friendly and helpful, appartment spotless, location excellent for all amenities. A very quiet flat at the rear of the premise, we were there for a week. On the 4th day the flat above became occupied and the noise was really bad. There must be a problem with the flooring, every sound came through the ceiling. Had upstairs been occupied the whole week it would have spoiled the holiday. Without the noise, it would be fantastic.
Apartment was excellent nice location everything you need. This is our third time in this place and we will be booking again for next year just can’t fault the apartments
An absolute little gem of a place. Unfortunately we could only stay 1 night due to prior bookings. We loved it as soon as we arrived. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Quiet and peaceful location. We didn't want to leave. The only (very small) criticism is that due to the hot weather, it would of been nice if there was a freestanding fan available. We will be booking again in the near future.
A fabulous location with beautiful views and calm surroundings. Easy to get to by car. Lovely walk down to the southwest coast path and driveable to all tourist hotspots. A generously sized garden that was lovely to have the bifold doors open onto- both dogs loved it. Very comfy beds. The front door lock was a bit stiff on locking and it would have been a bonus to have matches for the fire pit. Will hope to visit again.
The collection of cottages are set quite remotely, perfect for a quiet getaway. Lots to see and do around this area and easy enough to travel around. We had our dog with us and this is a great dog friendly location and cottage, with the open field right in front. Highly recommend!
The cottage has always been perfect for our stay even though my partner is 93years old with mobility issues, deafness and limited sight. Each year it gets a little harder to manoeuvre for him so sadly not sure whether we will be able to return next year which is sad for us both as we love it there. One complaint is the limited parking area for rose cottage as it is so small, however we did manage to get the gardener to cut the hedge back , so that helped. Apartment was spotless and well furnished- very comfortable bed and sofa bed was easy to use and also comfy. Nicely decorated and the carpets were soft. Well equipped kitchen. TV & WiFi easy to use and access and a fan was provided which was very welcome. The views are wonderful- looking out to see or you can see the pier or the Torquay big wheel is visible in the distance. Lovely nautical theme throughout. Spent just 1 night at sunnybeach apartment and really enjoyed our stay, very close to beach and nearby shops and pubs... we would definitely consider booking again if we returned back to paignton.. 100% recommend

Lovely apartment. Safe and easy parking can walk to beach shops cinema etc easily. Was too hot and no fans and winter heavy duvets and single beds very uncomfortable and double bed creaked with any movement. The heat made it uncomfortable and my teens grumpy as tired as beds so uncomfortable which is a shame as everything else was great. Tina was kind as we rescheduled and she was understanding. We would love to come back if beds were better and some fans provided. There was one not very useful fan but it needs air con or a fan in each room. Ideal for us 3 adults). Plenty of room, and comfortable sofas and beds. We only ate breakfast in the apartments, but there was plenty of space to cook if you wished to. Close to town and the seafront.
We keep coming back here because for us it ticks every box. It's on the seafront, which means waking up to a seaview, having a ring-side view of anything happening such as bikers night, fireworks, anything on the sea, plus it's a one minute walk across the road for a quick swim, or a drink at the harbour before catching the ferry across to Brixham or Torquay. There is parking, which is a big thing for us travelling from North Bucks, it is within 2mins walk of the "High Street" for a pint, some shopping, or a jump on the steam-train to Dartmouth. We needed a couple of days rest and relaxation. Daisy Cottage was perfect, a beautiful cottage, light and airy in a quaint little courtyard, very peaceful. We were very comfortable and felt very at home, there was a lovely welcome pack for us on arrival too. The public house in the village of Marldon is a short walk from the cottage and has a wonderful menu and a very pretty beer garden. Highly recommend.
Fantastic short stay, all the facilities you would expect. Whole family enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the coastal path for peace and quiet. Saw as many Seals as people early morning! !
The apartment was totally up to date. Well insulated and the shower and bathroom were excellent. The building is on the esplanade and a short walk to the town center. The apartment met my needs and I would happily recommend
