A fabulous location with beautiful views and calm surroundings. Easy to get to by car.
Lovely walk down to the southwest coast path and driveable to all tourist hotspots.
A generously sized garden that was lovely to have the bifold doors open onto- both dogs loved it.
Very comfy beds.
The front door lock was a bit stiff on locking and it would have been a bonus to have matches for the fire pit.
Will hope to visit again.

Holly Cottage has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, and has a large, peaceful garden. We loved it! Pretty Coverack is just a couple of miles away. Email response was a little hit and miss, but my WhatsApp message was answered and sorted out immediately, and arrival and departure arrangements were very efficient. Thank you Steve.

You pass rugged fields strewn with granite boulders in order to get Arrowan farm, a breathtakingly remote location with views over open fields to the sea & lighthouse. Enjoy the land & the walks and when you’re done, the accommodation is spotless modern and perfect, from the multi channel TV to the power shower. Or sit out under a million stars by the warmth of the log burner in the garden, bliss.

We stayed in Holly Cottage in May 2022. Although the weather wasn’t kind to us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Holly Cottage. Clean, comfortable, airy and perfectly situated to enjoy the local beaches and other attractions. Highly recommended.

Much needed weekend break with 3 friends perfect location to visit all the beaches of the Lizard. This is our second visit interiors are lovely / quality sofa’s & beds & linens etc someone has really good eye for decor. Great garden space & a huge plus that you can take two dogs.
If you have a large family group these cottages offer an excellent opportunity to rent separate units together.

Excellent cottage in a great location. Extremely clean to the point that everything appeared brand new.
Kitchen could maybe benefit from a washing machine, just so that you could spin your childrens wet clothing from the beach especially as the weather was often too wet to dry clothing outside.
