Fantastic short stay, all the facilities you would expect. Whole family enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the coastal path for peace and quiet. Saw as many Seals as people early morning! !

One of the best cottages we have stayed at.
Great attention to detail with amenities supplied. A real bonus being dog friendly, let's hope it's respected and not abused.

Keepers cottage at Arrowan Farm met and indeed surpassed all our expectations.
Arrowan as a base enables access to everything holidaymakers look for when visiting Cornwall; tucked away in the countryside yet close enough to beach and surf, local artist shopping and a wide variety of eateries.
Beautifully presented accommodation that satisfied all six of us from three different households, some of which had never visited Cornwall before, we’ll all be returning; soon we hope.

Great location and the property is of a very high standard with attention to detail. Lankidden Cove is a beautiful beach for anyone able (the last bit down/up requires the use of ropes).

The cottage was lovely, and was ready at the advised check in time. Inside it was newly refurbished and tastefully decorated. The only downside was that the cottage did smell of damp on arrival and there were lots of flies, dead ones on the floor and windowsills and quite a lot flying around the cottage. Owners had provided a dehumidifier in the downstairs bedroom but the upstairs bedrooms would get damp throughout the day (bedsheets and pyjamas left out would be damp to touch).

Lovely cottage, very clean and tastefully decorated with attention to detail, every room had a slightly different colour scheme and theme.
Pictures don’t do it justice, the conservatory is really big and the garden is bigger than it looks on line, only downside was the two large sofas were in different living area’s which made it less social, perhaps an L shaped sofa might work better for watching the tv together.
