This was the 2nd time we’d booked this apartment, it was perfectly clean & comfy, with every thing you’d need. It is located along the sea front, with gorgeous views & just a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurant & pier etc & with adequate parking for each apartment.

We have stayed here for many years. We always have a great stay. The view is fantastic, the apartment has everything we need and is clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Mermaids View, the apartment and seafront location were superb, Tina and Steve have done a fantastic job in the decor both outside the building and inside of the room and the facilities. As it was so hot weather we ate out so didn’t really need to use the kitchen but it was very well equipped with 2 hob rings / fridge/freezer / Microwave and all utensils needed so great to have it if we did need to use it.
The bed was really comfortable so we got a great nights sleep and the double glazing meant that we did not hear the passing traffic outside.

Car parking was a real bonus and the location and sea view from the front window with the balcony door open was amazing. Having CCTV also made us feel very safe and secure.

If I had to add two very minor suggestions for improvement it would be for a set of hooks somewhere in the bathroom (and I read others had also suggested that too) and to have towels included although the charge for them was negligible.

We have been very fortunate with the weather this week and one of the highlights of that apartment was seeing the morning sunrise over the sea from our window and being in the shade during the afternoons heat.
(Wifi was available but we did not need to use it so have left that question blank below)

Booking was simple (even last minute for us) and we even got at 10% discount for booking direct.

Definitely a place I would recommend and would look to stay at again in future.

We have visited sunnybeach six times
Three with the previous owners and three with present owners. As usual everything was excellent. Apartments are always clean and if we need anything we only have to ask. Will be visiting again next year and hopefully future year's.

We have stayed at Sunnytbeach for many years but this was the first time with the new owners, we found it spotless, and very comfortable, they followed all the Covid guide lines, everything was explained to us via email and also in the studio, which I found reassuring and we had a lovely holiday, will go back again.

Lovely apartment in a great location close to the shopping areas and the harbour.
Everything you need in the apartment for a relaxing stay.

Mermaids veiw is a stunning apartment so clean and well presented with beautiful sea view it’s location is just a walk away from the pier and the town centre. Would recommend this place to anyone I would definitely stop again

We have just returned from our fourth stay at Sunnybeach, and have already booked for next year. This property is now under new ownership and we loved what the new owners have done with it. Everything possible was done to keep staff and visitors safe and all staff were helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, with sea views and close to harbour, beach and shops, would not think of going anywhere else.

Don't usually do reviews, but my wife and I were so blown away by our recent holiday in Mermaid's View, we thought we should share.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a very well appointed kitchen, excellent en-suite bathroom/shower - plenty of power sockets and variable lighting.Nice seating and bay window (with opening door) overlooking the green and out to the sea.

Sea view is lovely and during our stay - early August - sunrise was stage centre, absolutely magnificent.

In these 'Covid times' happy to report key exchange was by Key Safe, hand sanitiser available upon entry and apartment cleaned to a very high standard.

Would like to thank Tina for such a great holiday experience in these strange times and would highly recommend Mermaid's View to anyone.
