Ideal for us 3 adults). Plenty of room, and comfortable sofas and beds. We only ate breakfast in the apartments, but there was plenty of space to cook if you wished to. Close to town and the seafront.

We had a lovely week in the Seagulls Rest apartment . The apartment is beautiful appointed and spacious (especially the lounge and main bedroom).
It is ideal for the beach and local amenities and we hardly had to use the car which was lovely.
There are just a a few details that could be improved to make this apartment even lovelier.
1. there isn't anywhere to hang anything (other than a small coat rack in the hallway) this is especially difficult in the bathroom for towels for 5 as there is only a radiator that cant hang this amount so it meant towels were draped on doors to dry out which isn't good for the doors.
2. the bedroom doors all need hooks or over door hangers again to increase hanging space
3. main bedroom doesn't have a chest of drawers just 2 small bedside tables. The wardrobe is adequate for hanging clothes
4. as the apartment sleeps 5 it is difficult to cook & cater for this number in the kitchen as there is only a 2 burner hob and a small fridge. The fridge door was broken & didn't have any shelves for milk etc which meant that that the food items in the main part of the fridge were very compacted and made it difficult to find items without emptying the fridge each time.
This meant we had to eat out a lot which made the overall cost of the stay expensive which is why I have only given it 4 stars for value for money

The apartment is right in the front of Paignton. It is a great location for the beach and the town. The apartment is lovely and clean and has everything you need for a great stay.
Will definitely start again when we visit the area.

The apartment was absolutely stunning, booked as a surprise for my mum, she was thrilled.
Beautifully decorated, high level of cleanliness, super comfortable and cosy. I couldn't have asked for more. We had a lovely stay.

Had a lovely holiday here, the apartment is well situated, very large, very spacious, very clean , but was disappointed about the carpet, it really needs a deep clean , v stained, also the week that we stayed, it was incredibly hot outside which made the apartment absolutely boiling, we had to open all windows to cool it down, it was unbearable , it took 2 days for someone to get back to say they don’t supply fans, although there is ample storage. perhaps ceiling fan lights would be a good option. but honestly its a fantastic location with great parking & we had a wonderful family holiday.

This year (2022) was our second stay. We are a family of 9 and had 2 of the apartments at a cost of £3311.61 for 10 nights, a small increase on the cost of our 2021 stay. The apartments are very good and suit our needs perfectly.
While we were there we decided to book again for 2023.
For the same two apartments and the same 10 days they have whacked the price up to a whopping £5318.00 !!!!!!!!!!
An increase of £2006.39 !!!!!!!!
A price increase is expected but that is unacceptable and a blatant rip off.
They have lost a good customer through greed. We will not book again.

In an ideal location in Sunnybeach Seagulls Rest, a beautiful apartment, comfortable and like being at home, parking out the back, very quiet no noise. Close to beach. Railway station and shops.
Would stay again if revisited area.

We had an excellent stay. Lovely accommodation - clean, spacious and comfortably decorated and furnished. Excellent location, easy access to the beach and local shops. Only critique would be not enough kitchen utensils, glass ware etc.

Nice clean apartment suitable for families. Free parking and a short stroll to the centre of Paignton and the Pier. We’ve stayed in Paignton a few times and this is the best apartment we’ve had.

We have stayed as a family in Paignton for many years now and came across Sunny Beach Apartments by chance.
Situated right on the sea front with parking, the apartment suitable for 5 people was breathtaking. Very modern, clean and all mod cons. Spacious rooms, and bedrooms were very large and beds were so welcoming and comfortable, best nights sleep I have had for months. Walk in shower was fantastic and kitchen had everything you required. Cannot wait to return next year.

Very clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Great location near the sea, mini-golf and town centre. Just not much of a view from the room.

The apartment was gorgeous. The building has been refurbished to a high level. We struggled to get WiFi. We just about got it in the lounge but couldn't use the TV apps. It didn't detract from a lovely stay though and I would highly recommend Sunnybeach to anyone.

A perfect location. Very clean and well equipped. Overall very pleased but a few minor gripes.

1. We needed a long mirror
2. We couldn't find a hoover or brush
3. Rooms were very hot. We solved this by buying some fans

Had a lovely week in seagulls rest, there was 5 of us and the accommodation was huge didn't feel on top of each other or cramped at all, can't fault seagulls rest at sunny beach apartments at all, if there was anything it would be only one wardrobe in the apartment but we managed, it is in prime location we had a drive out to torquay and Brixham but we could have left the car if we wanted as everything is on the doorstep, the apartment itself was spotless and clean and decorated to a very high standard, would definitely recommend

This is a larger than average apartment in a very good location. The bedrooms are along a long corridor so the last one is a fair distance from the bathroom. No views but you only need to go out the front of the property to be at the beach. Adequately equipped (no dishwasher). Very clean apart from the oven tray which seemed to have been missed. Wi_Fi hit and miss. Private parking a real plus. Would definitely recommend.

Immaculate throughout, nice décor. Prime location, excellent wifi signal. All covid precautions well managed, would highly recommend.

Only concern would be there was no sort of net/drape on the large,patio doors,in bedroom, could not open curtains when we got out of bed, as felt as though was on show,so curtains remained closed 24/7, which was a shame as the bedroom was lovely,comfortable large & light.
