Cannot rate this property high enough. The property was first class ‘chic’. Equipped with everything you would need, home from home. The properties location couldn’t have been better for accessibility to everything Dartmouth had to offer. With the added facility to park you car. Excellent in every way.

We were so pleased with the accommodation, clean, well furnished, top quality fittings in an excellent position.

As per points above, location is exceptional and the prize of a covered parking spot a real plus, however one thing I think would enhance the stay even more is a second set of keys for usage when both parties are out it allows greater flexibility for each person.

This is one of the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed in. The owners have literally thought of everything that you could possibly need during your stay. Beautifully presented and tastefully decorated throughout. The EV charger and parking were also a massive bonus. Would thoroughly recommend.

The apartment was clean and well presented, with it's own parking, ideally placed to explore Dartmouth. A little noisy from the road and nearby pub, but not enough to put you off staying again. On arrival we found 2 double beds instead of a twin we requested, unable to get hold of anyone by phone that day, and had to send an email, problem was quickly resolved the next day. Overall, had a lovely stay, helped by the glorious weather.

I needed to be in the centre for start of long walks and evening meal - with own car space ( quite tight not for huge SUVs).

De Courcey Court is brand new , well located next to Flavel Arts centre and a minute to M & S Foodhall. There is a Coop a few more minutes away open till 10.00 pm. Flat has keypad access, low level courtesy lighting in bathrooms and a sophisticated heating system. Basically the showers were hot and easy to work, beds comfortable, thick carpets and good kitchen BUT for no teapot no coffee pot.Large fridge, dryer/washing machine as there`s no `ouitside` space, also an easy to use electric cooker. The dining table has benches which arent the most comfortable arrangement .

I liked the blinds and the edgy furnishings,huge sky -linked wall TV , finding everything I needed bar the above `pots`...

2 DeCourcey is a modern apartment with everything we required, including a parking place (with EVC point), in a central location. We arrived early and called the housekeeper to check if we could park and to our delight, we discovered the apartment was also ready for us. Move in was easy, being able to park beneath the 1st floor apartment accessible by stairs.
There were useful little stickers dotted around to guide you for example (twist) on the bedside light switch and (3 steps) on the dishwasher control panel.
Low level motion sensor lighting in the en-suite bathroom, underfloor heating, a towel warmer and useful under sink storage drawer in addition to the large two option shower, made this a great space.
We made use of Alexa in the kitchen for up to date weather reports before heading out for the day, and discovered the wi-fi code hanging by the concealed shoe rack.
Ice awaited us in the fridge and wine glasses were located in the sideboard under the large wall mounted tv.
This is a new building and there was some building noise within the building during the day, which is to be expected. Mostly being out, we were largely unaffected by it.
I struggled to open the sliding wardrobe door on one occasion so chose not to close it fully, but this was probably down to operator error rather than any mechanical failure!
The same excuse is given for being unable to return the parking bollard to an upright position upon departure!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend 2 DeCourcey to others, as well as making it top choice for our next trip to Dartmouth! Thank you to the owners for enabling us to benefit from your lovely holiday home!
