3 Bell Court is a substantial apartment with all the charm you could hope while staying in historic Dartmouth. From the cobblestone path, through a wrought iron gate, is this generously sized apartment set in a tranquil location, tucked away behind the historic market square. This is a much sought-after holiday home. Dartmouth’s delights are all in very easy reach. Peruse the artisanal stalls and try something different for dinner, complemented with some Dartmouth Gin or delicious Devon fudge.

Bell cottage was lovely, very clean and smelt beautiful with lovely Dartmouth Candles diffusers in the rooms it is in a perfect town centre location. We would return.

We stayed here last September & enjoyed the property so much that we rebooked for this May.
Unfortunately due to early sunrise (4.30ish) those of us sleeping in the 2 bedrooms with East facing windows were woken up daily by 5.30am, which is not what we want on holiday.
This was caused 100% by the window blinds being inadequate in terms of blocking light.
I sincerely hope the owners will resolve this issue.
We would definitely not book the property again during the summer months unless it was resolved.
Were it not for this issue I'd have given 5 all round.

Otherwise it's a very nice quiet, comfortable property, with a sunny outdoor space in the heart of Dartmouth.

3 Bell Court was spacious, comfortable & well equipped.
We had some concerns that being in central Dartmouth it may be noisy, but this wasn't the case. It proved to be in a quiet backwater, yet close to all amenities.
A minor problem with the cooker was quickly resolved by Dart Valley Cottages & we'd definitively consider staying there again.

Booked 3 Bell Court at fairly short-notice for a long weekend in Dartmouth with some friends. It was easy to find and just right for us. Three good sized double bedrooms, spacious kitchen, comfortable lounge, bathroom and second loo. It is located right in the centre of Dartmouth, so only a few mins away from the central area. A parking permit is provided for the car park just 2 mins walk away - I just left my car there all weekend; it was fine - all very easy. Would happily stay 3 Bell Court again.

This was a last minute booking which can be a risk but we needn't have worried. The apartment was immaculate, well furnished with lovely pictures making it a real home from home. The photo's on the website really don't do it justice. Very comfortable and spacious. The service from Dart Valley staff was excellent. A small issue with a table leg was resolved within an hour of reporting it and very pleasantly so.
The apartment is situated in the centre of the town, tucked away just off Fosse Street, home to many quality shops and galleries and ideal for enjoying all that Dartmouth has to offer. Hope to return to 3 Bell Courts again soon.

This was disappointing. The deficiencies became apparent as the days progressed. We only selected this one out of three offered as we were told that we could pass a drink through the kitchen window to the terrace outside. However the terrace outside was about fifteen steps down and another ten or so up, across a great gulf.

We were eventually offered alternative accommodation and had a happy three nights there.

Just got home from a wonderful stay at 3 Bell Court.
It was Clean, Comfortable, Cosy and the location was just perfect, especially during busy regatta week. Its central but also offers plenty of privacy.
We would love to stay there again, we sure will miss it.

We stayed at the cottage "3 Bell Court" and we loved every day in lovely Dartmouth and in this beautiful cottage. 3 Sleeping Rooms with nice furniture, a living room with cozy couches and a well equipped kitchen/dining room.

We would love to return as soon as possible.
