A captivating blend of contemporary style and comfort in the heart of Dartmouth, this newly-renovated duplex apartment is a welcome retreat, and less than a minute to the waterside. There’s sumptuous seating in the lounge area, a family dining table, and a large smart TV that’s cleverly inlaid into the wall as though integral to the décor itself. The bespoke kitchen skilfully flows into the sheltered patio, with ample seating and a barbecue. Up to 6 can sleep in three restful double bedrooms.

A very cosy perfect2 level apartment. Great location. Very relaxing and it was a little step out of our busy lives to relax!

We spent 5 nights at Clarence House and thought it was a super venue to explore the lovely town of Dartmouth.
The property was in excellent condition, with everything we could wish for with the small exception of a full length mirror. If possible, it would be an advantage to have one in, at least, one of the bedrooms.

There was a slight issue with the key box as it is in the utility area and the security light goes out within seconds, leaving you in the pitch black trying to take or replace the key. Other than that, we had absolutely no complaints and would definitely book again, particularly as there is a designated parking space right outside the property and the apartment is within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and quay.

We had a lovely short break at Clarence House in May 2024. When we arrived the property had been left in an immaculate condition and the location is excellent. Parking at the front of the property is great, even for a large car.

We are considering booking again to return later in the year.
