JC's Cabin is the perfect central Dartmouth bolthole for two guests to enjoy all the charms of this beautiful riverside town. Crisp décor maximises the space of this ground-floor apartment, with an open-plan living area, kitchenette, shower room, and a double bedroom. A suntrap courtyard provides private relaxation, yet its location means you’re only ever a short, level, walk to the riverside and all historic Dartmouth has to offer with its diverse eateries, inns, shops, and valley boat trips.

Great stay right in the centre of Dartmouth.

The apartment is lovely, instructions on how to get there were really helpful and having a place right in the middle of Dartmouth with a car space was great. We did get a bit of a feeling that the owners were doing us a favour by letting us stay there - perhaps it was the way things were worded on communication around the apartment? The apartment was very clean but I wouldn't say spotlessly clean - but we have high standards in this regard. It was well appointed, had everything we needed (including a good DVD collection ) except that I had to request pillow cases. They were provided very quickly, but it would have been a problem if we had arrived late at night or didn't notice until we were wanting to go to bed. Also, there was no top-sheet on the bed, just a Duvet and this, together with the lack of pillow cases meant that I didn't feel confident that the bed clothes were laundered between guests. I chose to believe they probably were. Overall though, it was a great place to stay and very well priced and we would definitely choose this apartment again

This lovely and well equipped apartment had everything we needed including a comfortable, super king sized bed (2x3 foot mattresses put together. Two great advantages were that it has its own dedicated parking space (a luxury in Dartmouth!) and it was only a very short, flat walk into the centre of town.
The nearest supermarket was just a 2 minute walk away too!

It is situated in the centre of Dartmouth, only 5 minutes from the front. Fully equipped and very clean. One slight niggle was the small number of TV channels, obviously not a smart TV. However, since we were only there for a few days and mostly out and about it wasn't a real problem. Main reason we booked was for the parking space and location.

Loved our stay at JC's Cabin. A very central location with the added bonus of a dedicated parking space, which is one of the main reasons we booked this property. When we arrived we were immediately struck by how light and modern the accommodation was. Our second impression was the excellent standard of cleanliness. The property was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the large, comfortable bed. Would we stay here again? Most definitely!

Great location, comfy and nicely furnished. Quiet but a short level walk to the waterfront, cafes, shops and restaurants. Perfect little bolt hole for a couple or single, with the valuable benefit of its own on-site parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only comment would be that getting into the parking space without running over the parking space bollard was very difficult owing to the narrowness of the road. It would have been helpful to be able to remove it completely as you could do with the others which were nearby. However the position of the property was great and we had perfect weather .

We loved our stay at JC's.

Good location near the harbour, but not too near so not noisy of an evening.

Very clean, big comfy bed, nice dining table. Annoyingly the shower room windows didn't open causing a steam build-up.

For Consideration:

1. Supply champagne flutes;
2. Housekeeping to check lightbulbs ALL work;
3. Medium saucepan would be useful. Extra large and a small pan aren't helpful; and
4. RUSTY SHOWER RACK IS DISGUSTING, PLEASE REPLACE WITH BETTER QUALITY (CHROME) IMMEDIATELY.

We have been to Dartmouth over the years and more recently have stayed in rented flats like this rather than hotels. This was our first time at JC's Cabin and we'll be back. It's a small flat but with everything two people need. Although it's on one of the main roads in the town, it is surprisingly quiet which is great. Also, for those people who know Dartmouth, parking places are prized possessions and the fact there is one at JC's Cabin is great - it takes away so much hassle. The location 2 minutes walk from the centre is also ideal. We really enjoyed our break.

Lovely little apartment in the most ideal location for Dartmouth. 1 min walk into the centre and , everything you would need is in this apartment. Styled to a high spec . Private parking on site and it’s only a10 min drive to the beach . Perfect
