This was our second visit to Harrods Cottages and our 1st stay in The Stables. The cottage was really well equipped with profile bed, mobile hoist, shower chair and riser recliner. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It is well situated for visiting Cornwall and the year we made a second visit to the Eden Project. The host Rebecca, is on hand to help with any queries and her horses in the field opposite are wonderful to watch.
This is our fourth or fifth year staying at Harrods Cornish Cottages, and The Forge has become the perfect base for our family of two adults and two teens to enjoy surfing the beautiful beaches of North Cornwall. The cottage has everything you could possibly need, with two generously sized bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The well-stocked kitchen may be compact, but it’s more than ample for preparing simple evening meals or popping something in the oven after a long day at the beach. We honestly had the best time. The cottage was gleaming and the grounds were beautiful around the cottage. Our cocker and pug loved it They honestly couldn't do enough for us and Rebecca was an absolute gem. Thank you for our stay.
We have had a wonderful holiday with our daughter who has severe cerebral palsy. The cottage is tastefully designed and met all her needs.
