4* Rated, with two en-suite bedrooms, the Forge can sleep up to 4 people. A small but ‘oh so perfectly formed’ kitchen makes it ideal for guests who like the flexibility that self catering offers.

Will always stay in here when in Cornwall!

Cannot recommend Harrods Cornish Cottages enough. Clean, comfortable, spacious and the location is amazing. 6 min drive from the beach, so perfect for people with Dogs.
Rebecca’s customer service is amazing as always and the little touches like homemade Jam and Apple Juice make you feel so welcome.
Thank you again! We will see you soon!

We stayed at the forge for a week, the cottage was beautifully clean and location was peaceful with only 2 miles away from the beach, I met the owner Rebecca she was very welcoming & friendly, we were greeted with tasty scones on arrival with clotted cream and the best homemade jam I have ever tasted, we will be booking again, thank you for a wonderful break away, we will look forward to coming back soon,

This is our second visit to 'The Forge' It is ideally situated and is the perfect place for our family with my daughters little dog to stay when in Cornwall. It is always clean and comfortable. We like the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom with lovely large walk in shower and the enclosed garden is great for the dog to have some time off the lead. Rebecca is always helpful and friendly and supplies a nice welcome pack on your arrival. The orchard area with its short woodland walk to the side of the Forge is a lovely area to walk the dog and enjoy the sun. We highly recommend the Forge as a base for exploring Cornwall. and look forward to returning to 'The Forge' next time we visit the county.

Great accommodation and location for our first time in Cornwall.
The apartment catered for all our needs and the kids just loved it.
We will definitely be coming back to Harrods Cottages if we visit Cornwall again.

Originally found through Facebook I contacted Rebecca to confirm the forge would meet our family needs, throughout all communication or dealings with Harrods Cornish cottages they have been both professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is a peaceful getaway set in beautiful grounds. Having the small orchard to stroll through in the morning and late evening was so relaxing. The gardens and grounds just like the cottage are kept in tip top condition, and the comfort of the beds etc supported a full relaxing holiday. The location was great for exploring both the rugged north coast and the calm south with lots of places of interest within a 20 mile radius. I would highly recommend a stay in one of these beautiful cottages

Was very surprised with all the fixtures and fittings, very good quality for a pet friendly let. All set in beautiful grounds and a secure garden.
Beautiful bathroom, spacious rooms
All utilities provided, including cleaning materials and bowls etc for pets.
A further little surprise bonus, scones, cream, jam, milk all provided upon entering the accommodation, with sachets of tea, coffee and sugar

4 adults & 1 spaniel - stayed for the week prior to and including Easter weekend, primarily to attend a wedding in the area over Easter but also to have a break beforehand! Bedrooms were light and airy, en-suite to both bedrooms was a huge plus and the showers were excellent (important when you’ve got a few runners with you)! Private fenced garden area was great for our dog and the larger green was also very handy for him to have a bit more of a stretch out on his longer lead before heading out and about/ before bed.

Plenty of parking and a lovely quiet and private location. We would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for a great week!

We had the most amazing holiday. The Forge was a home from home. It is ideally located and lovely and quiet. Perranporth is a short drive away and such a beautiful beach and dog friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Rebecca she made our stay very comfortable. Thank you so much we will be visiting again.

The Forge is tucked away and very peaceful, the owners are very helpful and approachable. The accomodation is clean comfortable and ideal for a stay in Cornwall, relatively close to all the beaches and attractions.

Beautiful ,comfortable, spotlessly clean cottage, very well furnished. Small galley kitchen, extremely well equipped. Bedding and towels very high quality. Grounds and surroundings landscaped. In a beautiful setting, two miles from Perranporth's beautiful beach. All of Cornwall's attractions within easy reach. Owners on hand, very accessible if needed. This was our fifth holiday in past few years, every one has been absolutely perfect.

I can only praise and thank Rebecca and her family for everything. We booked five cottages and found them all to be excellent. My disabled daughter stayed in the coach house with a carer and Rebecca purchased a special hospital style bed and a gantry hoist for the hot tub; what an amazing service! My wife and I stayed next door in the Stables, also very well equipped and adapted; both have amazing wet rooms. The rest of the care team stayed in the Forge and Wishing Well and my teenage son stayed in the Hideaway; they were all very happy. All the cottages are built, equipped and adapted to a very high standard. Wishing Well is just down the lane from the main site. The cottages on the main site are all tucked away in a secluded setting surrounded by open countryside within lovely gardens - gorgeous. The location is wonderful with close and easy access to the towns and beaches near the sea - perfect. Fantastic service and response from Rebecca and her family if you need anything both at the time of booking and when you are there. We will be back!

We can not thank Rebecca and her team enough for not just excellent customer service, accommodation and location but for the little extras provided along the way.
The Forge was perfect in every way. Comfortable, pet friendly, spotlessly clean and anything you would hope for provided.
On top of that the gardens and surrounding areas were brilliant for our dog who enjoyed it equally.
Thank you for your hospitality and we will be back :)

We really enjoyed staying at the forge , everything we needed. The lodge was well equipped, with excellent bathrooms and bedrooms . The grounds had a lovely garden to sit and walks for the dogs. We would highly recommend staying at one of Harrods lodges.
