A large spacious kitchen, living and dining area, with tall ceilings and oak beams creates a light and airy modern cottage, but retains a cozy and romantic feel.

As a level bungalow, it is suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility.

Perfect for couples, with a massive Superking-sized bed, although the bed can also be made into twin single beds if required.

The cottage benefits from a ‘dog friendly’ fully enclosed patio.

The side patio is a sun trap, and perfect for sitting outside to eat alfresco or enjoy a glass of wine.

This accommodation is very accessible for a wheelchair user. The additional free to hire equipment was a bonus for us and Rebecca was very helpful in arranging this. Perranporth was very accessible and even had beach wheel chairs to hire.
It would be great to have a couple of oven dishes to add to the kitchen equipment.
We would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Very happy with my stay. Comfortable and relaxed cottage in very quiet area. Nicely furnished throughout with everything I needed to hand. Great wet room , tv supplied in both bedroom and living area. Added bonus of an accessible hot tub. Will be back.

Excellent accomodation for us, riser recliner chairs, a profile bed and shower commode chair were all supplied at no extra cost. The outdoor space is lovely and peaceful and the bungalow itself met our needs perfectly. From experience of other accessible rentals that we’ve stayed in over the past few years I think you’d be hard pushed to find better than this . We hope to return next year.

Had a wonderful stay at this amazing cottage for 7 nights. Was so spacious and clean, quality wooden floors for easy wheeling, big bedroom and a very large, well adapted wet room, bighest bathroom we've ever seen. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

The Stables is a fabulous place to stay. Contact with Rebecca was brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for her.
The cottage is amazing, clean, comfortable,well equipped ,accessible and the hot tub with the hoist is amazing.
The location is great for exploring the surrounding area.
I would highly recommend staying here.

We would thoroughly recommend this bungalow for anyone travelling to Cornwall with mobility issues. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay including a profiling bed, riser/recliner armchair and even a Sara Stedy to aid transfers to bed or to the fully adapted wetroom.

The location is perfect for visiting all that Cornwall has to offer with sites such as Lands End and the Eden Project an easy drive away.

An added bonus is the private patio for a dog to wander around safely and the hot tub (if you have the weather for it). Really enjoyed our week here.

The Stables has been done to a lovely standard and it was very comfortable and warm. The outside area is well maintained with the hot tub being the icing on the cake. If I could add anything it would be to request a small grass area (even astroturf) around the side for the dogs :-)

We would definitely stay again and loved our stay.

A well designed layout ideal for wheelchair users, clean, bright and comfortable. The wet room is perfect with ample room, well-placed grip rails and seating.
Outside area easy to use in a wheelchair. The overall impression is that the owners thought carefully about accessibility rather than just saying it's wheelchair friendly because there aren't any steps.

Everything about our stay at The Stables was perfect. The cottage was beautiful, well equipped and it was accessible for wheelchairs without feeling at all ‘medical’.

For us the location was great because it was near family, only a short drive from beaches or Truro or gorgeous gardens - with pasties, cream teas, views of horses and hot tub. Real stress buster.

Honestly can't fault the property or location. Everything has been completed to the highest of levels, the property for a single bedroom property was very spacious and the enclosed garden area handy for the dog. Super kingsize bed was great, honestly nothing I can fault with this property, even the location was excellent very near a main road so no driving miles down tiny cornish lanes. EV charging is by 32amp commando socket for anyone with a Tesla I would suggest the adaptor for the granny charger for 7kw charging but made do with 10a charging by commando to 3 pin adaptor which was a bonus. Excellent stay and will certainly return many thanks

I could not imagine a nicer or more enabling place to stay..I have several complex health issues that severely restrict my mobility and The Stables gave me the most wonderful, stress free environment to have a holiday.

We have recently stayed at the stables. The cottage is extremely clean and it is decorated to a very high standard. The hosts are extremely helpful and welcoming. We were very comfortable and there are lots of places to visit in the local area. The wheelchair accessories were also excellent and the doggies had a great week too!

I can only praise and thank Rebecca and her family for everything. We booked five cottages and found them all to be excellent. My disabled daughter stayed in the coach house with a carer and Rebecca purchased a special hospital style bed and a gantry hoist for the hot tub; what an amazing service! My wife and I stayed next door in the Stables, also very well equipped and adapted; both have amazing wet rooms. The rest of the care team stayed in the Forge and Wishing Well and my teenage son stayed in the Hideaway; they were all very happy. All the cottages are built, equipped and adapted to a very high standard. Wishing Well is just down the lane from the main site. The cottages on the main site are all tucked away in a secluded setting surrounded by open countryside within lovely gardens - gorgeous. The location is wonderful with close and easy access to the towns and beaches near the sea - perfect. Fantastic service and response from Rebecca and her family if you need anything both at the time of booking and when you are there. We will be back!

We stayed in The Stables for 10 days, and we both wish it was for longer. Great facilities with all requirements thought of and provided for, very clean and tidy, quiet and great location for exploring the beaches on the North Coast. Rebecca and family a pleasure to deal with. Have no hesitation in highly recommending to anyone as all the cottages are to a very high spec.

we booked the stables for our honeymoon, it was absolutely stunning, set in a nice peaceful location not too far from local towns. If you are after something a little special then this is the place for you. Beautifully presented, the welcome package of scones, jam clotted cream and cider is a lovely touch. They were on hand at the end of the phone should we have needed anything. Will definitely be going back.

We stayed for 2 nights in The Stables.
The location was beautiful; countryside all around and well kept gardens.
It is well placed to a number of Cornwalls wonderful beaches.
On arrival the cottage was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It wad all we needed in terms of kitchen items, tv's, great wetroom bathroom and a really comfortable bed.
We too Bertie, our Dalmatian - he enjoyed the mini woodland area and was happy in his new home.
The hottub was welcome after some exhilarating coastal path walks.
Highly recommended.
