We had a fabulous holiday in this homely and well equipped apartment. The location is amazing - perfect for walkers - the walk to the headland Morte Point boasts stunning views - there is the Barricane and Coombesgate beaches nearby, and you are just a short distance from the main surfing beach at Woolacombe. Mortehoe village has lots of places to eat, including two pubs, (one just opposite the apartment), a tea room, and a little village shop. The apartment is well.laid out, light & airy, and comfortable. Ensuite bathroom excellent with lovely hot power shower. Having the boot-room to ...more
A wonderful find and extremely well equipped, clean and comfy Location perfect for access to sea at Coombesgate and Morte point walk along the cliff path Only 10 mins walk into the centre of Woolacombe and only 5 mins up the hill to Mortehoe
Stayed here at Parade House few times in The Lookiut, The View, The beach Hut it’s best accommodation in area , home from home
Bayview Cottage is a great place to stay, good location with a fantastic views. The surf boards are an extra bonus. Will definitely stay again.
Couldn't have asked for a better place, very clean everything we wanted and more can't wait to return
Close to the beach and charming town. The locals were friendly. Pleasant walks and no litter. Lovely area.
Great apartment. Bigger than it looks in the photos - plenty of space for family of four. Great location - walking distance two three great beaches.
We had a great week staying in the garden apartment. The location is perfect and it’s great having the garden with a table to enjoy a drink or meal with the best view in Woolacombe.
This house was described as 'insane' by our teenagers - which is probably as good as it gets in the world of teenage compliments. The words fabulous and luxurious come to mind and the location is unbeatable. Within minutes from the from door we were in the surf and a only short sprint to the hot tub with a beer or prosecco at the end of the day. The town is equally close and the car stayed parked all week other than for a rib ride trip in Ilfracombe. The house itself is beautifully decorated and furnished with all you could need and incredibly warm and dry considering the high ceilings and the...more
Just returned from another week in Woolacombe, 6 Narracott is a lovely, clean apartment in the best location, have already booked for next year.
Comfortable stay at Seascape. Lovely to have such a view to sit and take it all in. Beds were comfy too. Well equipped apartment, and a small patio area to sit and eat outside. We made use of the sun beds too as the weather was kind to us, lovely sun trap. Situated within walking distance of Woolacombe, and very quiet at night. Cliff and beach walks within easy reach, so no need to use the car.
We have been coming to Woolacombe for 20 years and Ocean View has to provide one of the best views available from the beach front properties. It has also been tastefully refurbished and is the best equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in, anywhere! It felt like our every need was thoughtfully catered for. All this combined with the fact that the waves lie only a stones throw across the road made our holiday in Woolacombe this year pretty near perfect!
Another great stay at Cliff Cottage during January. House is ideally located very close to the beach, shops, restaurants & pubs. Comfortable house with large garden & lovely sea views across the bay. Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday retreat.
Managed to get a short break in Woolacombe over the February half term and had a brilliant time. Rosalie is ideally placed in the village with only a very short walk into the centre or the beach. The apartment is extremely well supplied with everything you could need and being able to take our dog is a real bonus. We have stayed at Rosalie many times in the past and have also booked a week in the Summer. The team at Holiday Home Hunter are always on call for any problems and communication is excellent.
No.2 is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Right above Barricane with a view across the seafront from Baggy Point to Morte Point - it’s nothing short of fabulous. The apartment itself is equipped for the family that own it - not just for visitors. Feels very homely. Always clean and with good appliances in the kitchen. Great showers, etc. My only beef is the last couple of years the downstairs access has been blocked because of an issue with the wall by the front door. So, you can’t get in and out from the front of the building at all. That could be inconvenient for some visitor...more
Lovely apartment in a great location in Woolacombe. Short walk to the beach and shops. Sea views from living room, main bedroom and kitchen windows. Me and my family really enjoyed our weeks stay at Islands, it was spotless clean, and bigger than it looks on the website photos, plenty of room for a family of 4. everything we needed was in the apartment. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Woolacombe and hope to return ourselves next year.
Lovely apartment, nice and spacious. Good location. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Brilliant.
We have stayed here for the last 3 years, location is great for the beaches and town. Flat is good for 4 although there are 2 single beds. Facilities are good and the flat is clean and reasonably spacious with a great balcony if the weather is good.
Loved the apartment, Hartland Heights in Woolacombe. Well equipped and comfortable, with a spectacular view! Close to the beach and the village centre, a really enjoyable stay.
Had a lovely break in this fantastic property. Great location with amazing views. Property itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. This is the 2nd time we have booked through Holiday Home Hunter and the service is excellent will a really comprehensive level of property/area information provided.
Great location with a lovely view. Woolacombe has good facilities, food from fish&chips to Michelin star. Great beaches.
Excellent location and good views. Only negative the small balcony needs a refurbishment. Within easy walking distance to beach and shops and bars.
Great location and fantastic property for our short break. The beach access is just across the road and the town is a 2 minute walk away.
This is our second stay at Sealoft last time was with family several years ago. This time on our own, it was as good if not better, well maintained, plenty of space and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location perfect, many hours spent gazing at the (wild) sea, it was windy, but it is November!!The pub at the top of the hill in Mortehoe does lovely pub food, it's a bit steep but worth it. Lovely walks on the doorstep. I'd recommend for couples and families. Lovely!!
We had great fun both in this apartment and out,as it is a perfect base for all the attractions that woolacombe and nearby offer. The apartment is very comfortable and is very well equipped. We spent a lot of time enjoying the views from the well furnished decking . We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and shops ,you can walk down to the surf from the apartment and there is an allocated parking bay at the apartment . The outdoor shower is also very useful. Jacuzzi bath is a bonus as are the books and games provided,( We had a lot of fun playing Balderdash ! ) Kitchen has everything you need w...more
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Old Bakery Cottage. The cottage was perfect for our group of 5. Views out over to Woolacombe were stunning, the facilities within the cottage were great, location is fantastic, only a 5 min drive into Woolacombe, can be walked, but a steep hill to come back up. The village of Mortehoe is great with 2 lovely pubs serving great good, a fantastic fish and chip shop, tea shop, bistro and take away. Just perfect and would definitely recommend. We will return. Thank you.
This was our 3rd year in Combesgate View, and our 7th booking with Holiday Home Hunter - who are great as ever with prompt and helpful communication. The property itself is spacious for a family of four, with great kitchen facilities, and we really appreciated the addition of the new shower in the main ensuite. The location is particularly fabulous - it takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the steps going down to the beach, and the views are spectacular. We have already booked again for next year and can't wait to be back!
What a fantastic place! Views and facilities were perfect. Hot tub is a lovely addition but be sure to be out by 10.30pm or an angry neighbour will honk at you, even if you are only 5 minutes over time! Other than that a peaceful, relaxing time. Highly recommended!
Second time at Belmont court ,very nice ,nothing negative to say ,all good , apart from beds and pillows , quite uncomfortable tbh. We have small dog , so handy with the early hours pee pees on the balcony . All in all a great roomy apartment , we,ll be back !
Super apartment. No need to leave here if you want to just sit and admire the views from the fabulous bifold doors or balcony of the seaside below. I found the tech unbelievably good. Had great fun with “Alexa” in the lounge and music on command and tv with so many extras in the lounge. Bedroom tv is fabulous too. Bed so comfortable and bathrooms great. Loved it here!
I found the property to be spacious and very clean.Ample parking for six or more cars, the garden and outside spaces ideal, internally all the rooms were very well presented.Definitely go back
The apartment is large, well equipped and very comfortable. The view from the lounge and the kitchen is incredible and we spent hours watching the sea. We had a lovely week and even managed to sit on the decking in February. We have used Holiday Home Hunter for our Woolacombe and Mortehoe holidays for years and they have always been very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and this apartment.
The Garden flat suits my elderly parents perfectly. Parking is easy, the ground floor access is perfect, especially now that rails have been added to the steps. The main living area is light and spacious, the terrace is large and great for family gatherings. The views are spectacular. Maddy and Sarah are always on hand to help and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back again soon.
Such a lovely apartment and stunning views. Comfy and just perfect. We will be back for a second visit soon.
Nice clean dog friendly apartment in a lovely quiet village. Ideal for a relaxing break. Only issue was the poor Wi-Fi.
Had a lovely stay here with the family. The furniture is a little dated, and the floorboards creak, but none of those things affected our stay. There are plenty of seating options, which meant we could spread out and each have our own space. The conservatory is lovely, and my son spent most of his time in there with the air-conditioning!
We had a great week in the flat, bigger than we thought and the pictures of the front room and view from outside don't really do it justice. As well as high up sea views there's also rugged hills on the other side giving a great variety to look at. We found it well equipped and having a car parking space is a massive bonus in Woolacombe. Location is quiet and is perfect for the beach at Combesgate and the main woolacombe beach is less than 15 mins walk and misses out the big hills up to Mortehoe.
