This fabulous seafront maisonette sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and has one of the most outstanding views in Woolacombe. Its south facing glass and stainless steel fronted balcony is the ideal place to sit and watch surfers, spot dolphins and sea birds or just relax and enjoy the sun trap reading a book – simply perfect!!

This is our 2nd stay at Sealoft, it’s a lovely property set over 3 floors, very comfortable and roomy.

Lovely views from the balcony and within an easy walk of Woolacombe shops and also Mortehoe.

Perfect.

Excellent property which we have stayed at quiet a few times ,wonderful position despite the walk up to the property being a bit steep and the parking rather tricky , would choose it every time for a stay in Woolacombe. The views over Combesgate Beach and beyond are fantastic, watching the surfers catching the waves from the lounge window is amazing. Fully recommend the property we will be back .

Great to be here once again - we've been coming to Mortehoe for 20+ years yet Sealoft never fails to take my breath away in terms of location, convenience and stunning Combesgate views. My three teenagers absolutely love it too.

This is our second stay at Sealoft last time was with family several years ago. This time on our own, it was as good if not better, well maintained, plenty of space and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location perfect, many hours spent gazing at the (wild) sea, it was windy, but it is November!!The pub at the top of the hill in Mortehoe does lovely pub food, it's a bit steep but worth it. Lovely walks on the doorstep. I'd recommend for couples and families. Lovely!!

Sealoft apartment is really quite stunning with great views across Combesgate beach and Woolacombe making the location perfect for a family/hiking/surfing holiday with excellent private parking. The apartment sits between Mortehoe and Woolacombe for numerous places to eat/visit and also nearby Barricane beach cafe for their excellent Sri Lankan curries. There are regular buses to Ilfracombe and Barnstaple for days out without the car. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep too.
Sealoft is a spotlessly clean spacious apartment which has been decorated to a very high standard. All the bedrooms were extremely relaxing and comfortable. The owner has equipped the apartment with everything you would need for a perfect holiday including books and DVD's for all ages. We took advantage of the beach gear which was stored in the shed next to the property. The relaxing rocker chairs in the living room were also very comfortable and we enjoyed using the binoculars to observe the surfers and sunsets.
Many thanks to Maddie and Sarah for a fabulous holiday in Woolacombe. We will return !!

Overlooking Coombesgate and Woolacombe beaches and surrounded by National Trust land the location couldn’t be more idyllic! The apartment is spacious and well appointed, thoughtfully designed for walkers, surfers and families with a separate downstairs wet room and space to leave all your boots, coats and outdoor stuff. We love the bay window seats and balcony just to people/surf watch and enjoy the fabulous sunsets. The main bedroom has a dressing room with lots of storage and fabulous views, upstairs is perfectly adequate for a family with two young children. The owners have provided lots of books, dvds, videos and games yet the apartment is uncluttered. Large corner sofa with two lazy boy seats is very comfortable and you can still see the fabulous views. Would highly recommend and indeed hope to return next year! Only possible issue is this is an apartment on a steep hill and there are lots of stairs in the apartment, only a problem if you have mobility issues but worth noting.

The position of this property gives some amazing views and you can spend hours just sitting on the balcony enjoying the sun and views. The property has the benefit of a level access to the entrance although getting the car back onto the road can be a bit tricky.
Sealoft is very comfortable and has everything we needed.

This was the first time back at Sealoft after three years, and we loved every minute of it. The location is perfect, views are stunning and the accommodation itself is just great for me plus my 3 teenage bodyboarding kids.

This, coupled with the first-class service provided by the brilliant Maddie & Sarah at Holiday Home Hunter once again, means that we'll be back in 2023 and for many more years to come, I am sure.

Disappointed on arrival as property cold and rather dark and unwelcoming ( housekeeper helpful via phone). Double bedrooms have great views, clean and comfortable. Unreliable TV reception in the top double bedroom. Upstairs shower door in need of attention. Towels very coarse. Couldn't find a hair dryer.
Living area- fantastic views but chairs in bay window probably more suited to younger age group.
Kitchen real disappointment scruffy -units in need of updating. Crockery, cutlery and glasses very tired ! Microwave unusable as we were unable to locate turntable.
However, Woolacombe is one of our favourite holiday destinations whatever the weather. We shall be back.

I'm just adding this note now to inform readers and future guests that Sealoft has undergone fairly extensive work after the lockdown years and now has a lovely new kitchen, redecoration throughout, new microwave and other appliances, the hairdryer should be in the dressing room and there was also one in a drawer in the upper bedroom so unless they've gone walk about they should indeed still be there. It is one of our most popular properties and the new house keepers tumble dry the towels so they are fluffy.

Sealoft has a fantastic location with wide ranging views over Woolacombe and Morte and handily placed between the 2 villages. The views from the property are fantastic and even on the wettest day you can just watch the world go by. Sealoft is a spacious and well endowed property with everything you need during your stay. A home from home, very comfortable and easy to relax in. As a obviously popular property it is just getting to the stage where a little tlc is required - saying this I would happily return here again and again.

The property is excellent and in a wonderful location. The only drawback was the driving in and out. The only option was to travel up the road turn round and approach from Mortehoe side. Then reverse out onto the road. But never mind we had a wonderful holiday and the area is wonderful for us.

The property was spacious and comfortable, with wonderful views and a useful downstairs wet room. It is let down by the kitchen which is tired and consequently a bit grubby. Unfortunately the kitchen would put me off recommending the apartment to others.

Great location with fantastic views across to WOOLACOMBE BEACH and MORTHOE, I asked HOLIDAY HOME HUNTER re advice for a property with these views as had stayed nearby before with them and wanted similar views if possible. The property is quite quirky which we really liked and has lots of character.
The property was well stocked with kitchen utensils and the balcony was great after a days walking.
Unfortunately the property was not very clean, this is the first HOLIDAY HOME HUNTER property I have encountered with this problem, generally the property needs a good clean, specific examples, the door handles on the kitchen units are sticky to touch, the bedding in the upstairs double bedroom smelt of a "SWEATY MAN" and had not been changed, meaning that we had to wash the bedding upon or arrival. I am sure that both my partner and sister can give further examples if needed.
First time in say 10 years of using HOLIDAY HOME HUNTER that had a problem other than minor things that have probably not even made the reviews that started in recent years.
I would only recommend this property to others if I felt confident the cleaning issue had been sorted, however as a property with its views/location it is great.

The house was excellent in every way. The most impressive thing of all is the location and the view.
