Seafront, spacious and simply superb! Breakers is a fantastic Esplanade property with outstanding views of Combesgate Beach and beyond to Morte Point. This fantastic holiday home is part of the Crossways Court development, a two storey house with two bedrooms, sleeping 4 very comfortably.

This property is without any doubt the best we have stayed in during our 20 years plus of our annual visits. Shame the owners are removing it from the site
Comfort is 5 Star
Facilities are 5 Star
Furniture is 5 Star +
Location is 5 Star ++++++
Cleanliness - 3 Star but I guess this is more down to time allocated rather than desire purpose
I would suggest welcome book is updated to cover TV and SKY but immaterial really considering all the benefits

Had a fantastic week staying at Breakers.
Woolacombe is a beautiful place and the location of this property was just perfect.
The property was in perfect condition and having a bath with the views of the sea is the best way to relax after a long day on the beach!
Can't wait to visit again

Have been coming to Breakers and Point View for years. We have never found anywhere that comes close for what we want. New refurb is brilliant !!

Breakers is in a great location with great views and close to all amenities. The owner has done a great job of upgrading the property and you want for nothing

We are frequent visitors to Woolacombe and usually book via Holiday Home Hunter- good customer service and higher quality rentals with direct sea views.
Breakers is over looking Morte Point at the quieter end of Woolacombe- our favourite part! Large patio area with comfy outdoor furniture. We liked Breakers and would probably choose to stay again. Dog friendly. Only 2 issues for us: no clothes airer so we had to drape washed things over radiators and chairs, and the TV is sited far too high on the wall, and gave us bad neck ache- only option was to lay on sofas to watch TV in comfort (not that we did watch TV very much, but it's nice to be comfy when you do). We were unable to get the soundbar to work with TV as there were no instructions for anything electrical -prob due to covid and cleaning, but a folder like the property info folder with plastic sleeves could be used.

Despite choosing the wettest week of the year to go to Woolacombe - we had a great stay at Breakers! The house is newly refurbished with lovely decoration and new carpets throughout. The layout of the house is very good and spacious, the lounge has amazing views directly over Combesgate beach across the road and out to Morte point. The newly fitted three bathrooms were excellent and we enjoyed the power showers! The kitchen is a great family space to cook and eat and appliances were all good including the coffee machine! The heating was great and the house was lovely and cosy despite the storm lashing outside. It’s about a 10 minute level walk into Woolacombe. We did not get to enjoy the great patio outside overlooking the beach unfortunately, but the house was well stocked with board games and jigsaws which helped. Only criticisms were very minor in that we needed a few more bowls and casserole dishes in the kitchen. We would definitely go back to Breakers again!

We spent a week at Breakers with our daughter, her husband and 2 grandchildren aged 5&7. Excellent position opposite a small cove ( sand and rock pools) and within easy walking distance (flat) of the main Woolacombe beach. Property was clean, tidy, well maintained and well equipped. Property has lovely views over the coast from several windows and especially from the terrace. The agents were very helpful in this time of lockdown.

As always had another wonderful stay at Woolacombe. Holiday Home Hunter have been excellent during this time with communication and help. House lovely , clean and the weather was perfect! Thank you to everyone who gave us a much needed break by the sea .

Holiday hunter's provided excellent customer service. House was immaculate - beautifully decorated and positioned. Welcome tea and cake on arrival. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Breakers, layout was perfect for us having a large kitchen with room to sit for dinner and then a comfy lounge to all chill in and watch films of an evening. Great to have 3 bathrooms so kids had one of their own too! Loved the outside space and we were lucky with the weather so spent most of the time outside watching the tide come in and out and the beautiful sunsets. Great service from Holiday Homehunter - very easy to book and would definitely use them again.

Ideal location for combesgate and woolacombe. Property comfortable and well equipped. Can imagine parking is a bit tight if all 3 spaces are full.

The weather was awful, which coloured our stay !! The thermostatic valve on the great big radiator in the big front bedroom does not work and it is impossible to turn the radiator off - this means that when warmth is needed in the rest of the flat, that bedroom is like a furnace. Also the sink in the en-suite to the back bedroom leaks. These matters were reported to the staff. We have stayed in this flat and in other of Holiday Home Hunter's places many times over the past years. In other times one of their staff has always called in early in the visit to see if all was ok and if we needed anything, some kind of welcome was always there. Not this time.

Many thanks for your reply and I'm sorry I didn't pop round as usual, I was away the first week of your stay myself and my mother stayed on till June 13th so I simply didn't get a chance. I don't meet and greet now as I have over 50 places to manage on my own and they all have key safes but as I invested in the Woolacombe Centre Office to coincide with the growth of the business, it is now possible to come in and see us during your stay so next time do feel free to pop in. You can check office hours on the website. Of course I still do drop by to see my guests occasionally when I'm out and about taking photos or away from the office. Breakers is everything you could want in a holiday home. It is in a fabulous location, has plenty of space in which to relax and unwind and is really well equipped. This is our second time in this property and we hope to be back many times again. Although the steps to the front of the property would make it difficult for some to access, it’s location makes the sea and beach views one of the best in Woolacombe. The sunsets from the patio are just stunning.
