Memory House is one of the most prestigious and notable houses on the Esplanade, Woolacombe. Fully renovated and refurbished in 2017, this property is absolutely stunning.With 3.5m high ceilings on the Ground floor, the stunning bay windows look out onto Woolacombe Beach and the rest of the bay. In fact, pretty much every window in Memory House has a sea view! Watch the surfers while you enjoy breakfast or relax on the very spacious contemporary decking through the evening watching the sun drop into the ocean.

This house was described as 'insane' by our teenagers - which is probably as good as it gets in the world of teenage compliments. The words fabulous and luxurious come to mind and the location is unbeatable. Within minutes from the from door we were in the surf and a only short sprint to the hot tub with a beer or prosecco at the end of the day. The town is equally close and the car stayed parked all week other than for a rib ride trip in Ilfracombe. The house itself is beautifully decorated and furnished with all you could need and incredibly warm and dry considering the high ceilings and the seafront location. And did I mention the view (from almost every room)? The only thing between the house and the beach is a road and a small car park and the beach is stunning - an ever changing scene of sea, sand and sky. I would never tire of this view even if I was lucky enough to live there 365 days a year. It would be great to return in early summer to make the most of the long, long days and magnificent sunsets.
