This was our third visit to Strawberry Field Park and won’t be our last. The lodge was first class as always and we enjoyed a relaxing and refreshing four days. We did however have to report that the tv was faulty and we had an issue with the shower tap. The friendly and attentive staff immediately attended to both issues and supplied us with a bottle of fizz for the inconvenience.
We would recommend the park to anyone wanting a relaxing break away from it all.

What made you choose this particular lodge?
We particularly like the situation and layout of the lodge. The starlight canopy is also a nice feature.

Myself & my partner had a lovely time staying at The Levels. It felt like a pure luxury weekend away! We travelled from Lyneham, Wiltshire & was worth the hour & half journey. We enjoyed the wam hot tub in the evenings & the comfort of the log burner. We’ll definitely be coming again & will/have recommended you to our friends & family!

Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay at Strawberry Field Park. We stayed in The Levels and we couldn’t fault the lodge! Very clean and tidy, well presented and friendly staff! Would 100% recommend and I’m sure we will be back!

This was our first time staying at Strawberryfield Park and I can hand on heart say that we'll definitely be coming back. The lodges are beautifully decorated, so relaxing, more than just a home from home. Everyone that we met were so friendly and helpful. The surrounding area had lots to see and do. Just a perfect holiday!

Such a lovely place to stay, very modern, clean, staff were very friendly on arrival and departure making sure we had everything we needed. Lodge was fantastic we stayed in the levels. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you may need. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be returning in the near future. Lovely breakaway!

We had a lovely stay and it was a well laid out and comfortable lodge. Loved the hot tub and log burner. The location was slightly further out than we thought but we managed to sort out the bus timetable which helped.

We stayed at 'The Levels' on our last visit and, as expected, it was faultless. The design was beautiful, the bathroom stunning and the outside area beautiful. This is our 4th visit to Strawberryfield Park and every visit has always been the same. The attention to detail is excellent, the designs of each lodge are stunning and the overall experience is second to none. Every detail from the layout to the comfort of the bed is 5 star. Whether it is winter or summer, the experience of staying here is absolutely fantastic. We have another 2 bookings in the diary for this year, and will continue to return. It is without doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Very clean lodge, had everything we needed.
Few issues with TV,but we worked around it.
Hot tub was great.
Any questions we had got sorted very quickly.
They even helped with our food shopping delivery as we was not there on time, which was extremely helpful.
Very welcoming, a lovely quiet serene place. Loved the cider barn too.

Strawberry fields is beautiful. Our stay in the levels was everything we wanted. The lodge is luxurious. Staff were amazing. We had a problem with a broken sunlounger and very quickly 2 brand new sunloungers were delivered. Welcome pack was so useful. We had a curry delivered to our lodge from 1 of the takeaways mentioned in the welcome pack. The only negative and its of no fault to Strawberry fields, is that our lodge is directly next to a road which had some very large vehicles going along side. Could be a little annoying whilst sat in the hotub when a huge plant vehicle towing a gigantic piece of machinery passes by. Its also used by walkers which kind of took away some of the privacy. However all in all we had the best time and would definitely return in the future.

Privacy, and the style of the lodge was spot on for what we were looking for.

This was our second stay this year at StrawberryField Park and it as lovely as the first time. We stayed over Christmas but was greeted by a member of the team on our arrival and was assured that even over Christmas if we needed anything, there would be someone available to help. The lodge was stunning and very homely. You have everything you need in the lodge - we even done some Christmas baking. We are already planning on coming back next summer with family to celebrate some birthdays!

Our second time visiting, absolutely beautiful and quiet self catering lodge. Plenty of nearby places to visit with 30 Mins -1.30hr I. E. Bath, Exeter, Bristol and Wells plus plenty others! Would highly recommend for a quiet week or weekend away, easy contact less check-ins and outs and friendly staff!

The apartment was immaculately clean, with a lovely large bed and a huge bathroom, shower and bath tub. The hot tub was fantastic and there was a very lovely open air seating area with star lights built into the ceiling.

If there was one negative it was that the cupboard doors were damaged and needed replacing however as soon as we arrived we were informed that was the case and apologised for this and that they were getting fixed as soon as they could, but this took nothing away from the overall stay and weekend.

10/10 would recommend

Honestly the place is beautiful and lovely and clean. There are some signs of wear and tear now so could do with a little TLC/attention to detail but doesn’t impact stay. (Wine cooler not working, sides of cupboard trims peeling, guest book been filled since May) The biggest let down for me was having lots of work carried out right next to where we were staying for our entire first day, which honestly made me feel uncomfortable going out in the hot tub with a man right there working. I appreciate work needs to be done so just mentioned at the office before they went home and asked for this not to happen the next day as we had effectively lost half of our stay. The staff were really nice and ensured it didn’t happen the following day. A gesture would have been nice in this situation such as offer of late check out or bottle of bubbles but nothing offered. Overall this wouldn’t put us off returning.

Have stayed at a few lodges across the country but this was by far the best one we have visited. The indoor space was immaculately decorated, the bathroom was gorgeous and the kitchen well equipped. Outdoor space was massive with bbq, jacuzzi, decking and a private parking space. Can't think of how they could've made it better.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation was excellent and to a very high standard.
The only things that let it down a bit were:-
The close proximity to a road at the rear of the lodge, probably about 3M from the decking and hot tub, that appears to be a pretty busy rat run for the area.
The condition of the hot tub cover. The cover was damaged and very dirty. As my wife has a back issue I had to move the cover on my own which was not easy in its poor condition.
There is not much that can be done about the road, but the hot tub cover is easy to rectify.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at strawberry field park and it was another faultless stay (so much so we booked another night!). The owners of the park are so welcoming and accommodating. The lodges have everything you could ever think of/need. There’s so many special touches, we especially loved the starlights by the hot tub. Not a detail has been missed! We explored cheddar and loved it. We would recommend the Lion Rock Tearooms! Hopefully be back soon!

Fantastic birthday break away, pleasent staff and quiet location. Hot tub nice and clean.
Bed nice and big but a little hard.
Lamp over dinning table dusty and sofa Spring gone on one side. Limited TV channels in bedroom and TV difficult to use and appears to have a mind of its own in the lounge.

The stay, lodge and location were all perfect. This was booked as a trip for my partners 30th back in 2020, but due to the restrictions we have to move and re-book. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful when it came to looking for alternative dates. The lodge was stunning, with all the amenities 2 people could need. The shower/bedroom/kitchen were all lovely and so clean. The lodge was so comfortable and cosy. We paid extra for a welcome hamper which was a great addition, and the Christmas tree gave the holiday an extra Christmassy feel. We loved the stay and will defiantly be recommending to friends.

Loved this place.
The cabin was absolutely stunning.
Very clean & had every thing you could want for in a self catering lodge.
The appliances were all top range, with Bang & Olufsen tv to a Dolce Gusto coffee maker to a Neff dishwasher.
The cabin kitchen comes equipped with every thing you could need for a self catering holiday.
Outside there is a BBQ, table chairs & loungers in a well kept deck area.
A hot tub that was great to relax in & kept clean & at the perfect temperature.
There was a covered area just outside the kitchen, where you could sit & relax & in the roof was tastefully done lifts that looked like a starry sky.
We loved that on arrival you just went to the cabin you had booked & the keys were in the door.
We welcomed then a little later a member of staff came & asked us if every thing was ok & that a reception cabin was at the bottom of the estate if we needed anything.

We found it ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
Cheddar was a 3minute drive.
Whey hole was 10 minutes as was Wells.
Glastonbury 20minutes & Weston around 25minutes.
All in all we loved it there & would return in the future.

We have visited Strawberry Field Park before and each time have found the lodges to be fantastic. We will be back again as we always have a great time, Mike was really helpful and easy to contact.
Minor bug bears were that the sofa was very creaky/noisy. One half of the bed you could feel the springs and a lot of the cupboard space was already full.

My husband and I booked the levels at strawberry fields park after numerous postponements and restrictions meant we were unable to have our original wedding date and honeymoon abroad. This beautiful lodge did not disappoint! From start to finish we had the best day and the levels had everything we could have possibly have needed to cater for our stay away! From the hot tub, to the little extra touches, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and we would love to book again to return in the near future! Thank you!

We stayed at the levels for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it! The lodge was so comfortable and luxurious with everything that you could need! We made the most of the hot tub and used it every day! All of the appliances in the lodge are of high quality and it is decorated very nicely. The location was great as we drove to Cheddar one day and Wells another day. We will definitely be recommending it to family and friends and would love to come back again! It is perfect for a relaxing break away!

We had a lovely stay in The Levels!
The lodge was bigger than expected which was a nice little bonus. The hot tub felt amazing after long days of walking, and the Cider barn is a small short walk up the small hill for a pint.

We arrived at our lodge , and when I walked in I was taken back,it was amazing, it was so clean, defo a 5 star lodge, everything you need, there is a fridge freezer, dishwasher, walk in wardrobe with fan, extra blankets and a box of games and DVD’s, it has Apple TV, DVD player , and freeview tv, the hot tub was amazing, we did pop in to the cider barn at the end of the road, the staff are very friendly, we only stopped for one drink, we went to the bath arms for food it was really nice well worth a visit, we did a lot of walking, there is lots to do all within 5-30 minute drive, cheddar gorge is only 9 minutes away, there is Tesco’s about 4 minutes away only small one, but there is a Sainsbury’s about 5 minutes away, I had the best time here I will definitely be returning. Overall the lodge was lovely, the bed was comfortable and mostly clean but there were quite a few cobwebs and no things like dishwasher tablets only one toilet roll and no bags for rubbish.

This is our third year running we have visited Strawberryfield Park and always The Levels. From the moment you arrive it is so relaxing. Mike and/or a member of his team always come and say hello and are on hand to help in any way if required and offer suggestions of where to visit if asked. The lodge itself is well equipped and very comfortable, not forgetting the fabulous super king bed and hot tub. Already looking forward to our next visit.

We had problems as soon as we arrived with the freezer being completely frozen over and we got no help with this matter. We then found 40 or over woodlouse running all around the lodge in one day and there were dead woodlouse all over the lodge it was absolutely disgusting and when we told the owner about this matter he was quite rude and said that I was overreacting and didn’t help in one bit.

Dear Daniella, Thank you for your feedback. Whether positive or negative your comments are valued so that we can further enhance the park for the benefit of all. I note that your complaint related to the presence of woodlice in your lodge. However, when I attended the lodge at 10.30pm I was only able to find that there was only 6 throughout the whole premises. Given the rural location of the park and the amount of surrounding trees and hedges it is sometimes unsurprising that this situation occurs. You will also recall that an offer was made to vacuum and mop the lodge the following morning but this offer was declined. Upon your departure, it was noted that food and rubbish was left on worktops and floors and this, could have been a contributing factor to woodlice. I can reassure you that the lodge has now thoroughly been cleaned to our usual high standard. We pride ourselves on the high quality service that we provide and are rated highly on this. I’m sorry that on this occasion we fell short of what you would expect from a five star resort. Kind regards, Strawberryfield Park
