We stayed at the Pomegranate lodge which was very spacious and comfortable. The lodge contained everything you would need for a relaxing break. We would highly recommend and have already booked to return next year.
Another stay at the very well positioned StrawberryField Park. Fabulous accommodation, very clean and tidy and perfect for an easter break. Quiet area with nothing but the countryside to listen to. Lodges are very well equipped and comfortable Within easy reach of the surrounding areas, and lots to do depending on your needs. The Cider Barn remains a hit to mix with other guests and locals alike.
Having stayed in three previous lodges , now with a family dog this first time in a dog friendly lodge was as good an experience as we have come to expect.
A short stay, but one we are so glad we did. Site was well kept and very relaxing. Lived up to the promises. Wonderful nearby attractions and places to visit. Definitely going to comeback in the future
This is our second stay at Orchard lodge. Last year for our mini moon and this year for our 1 year anniversary. Strawberryfield Park is truly a home away from home. Clean and tidy, all amenities needed, hot tub is fabulous. The site is quiet and the perfect retreat. Highly recommend!
Our party of 4 celebrating a 60th birthday had a great time, lodge was very nicely furnished with ever you could need self catering. A bottle of wine greeted up on arrival which was a nice touch. Folders in bookcase gave all the information you might need and we ordered a Chinese takeaway delivered to our lodge during our stay which was very nice. We had a couple of small issues but called Mike on the site and he fixed them very quickly thank you Mike. Thoroughly recommend for a very peaceful getaway from it all, we didn’t get round to doing the lovely walks nearby but took a trip to Wells for...more
The lodge is so relaxing and well presented. So quiet and a great location to travel around or just chill in the hottub. Everything you need inside and out. It was the 3rd time we have stayed in the willows Lodge and will try another next time.
Another fantastic stay! This lodge offers total privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Perfectly located for both sightseeing and relaxing. Well-appointed, quiet, and highly recommended.
We loved our stay at Combe Hay. The lodge was clean with all high end mod cons. Very private and the hot tub was perfect to relax in after a day out. Welcomed with a bottle of wine, biscuits and milk. Located well for visiting the Cider Barn and the Gorge The views are beautiful and can hear all the wildlife living their best lives. Car space is right at the front of the lodge. We returned home relaxed and chilled and already planning to return later in the year. All the team are on hand and very friendly to sort anything out for you. Shout out to the lovely guy who serviced our tub each morn...more
First time visitors to Strawberryfield Park. We stayed in Batcombe Lodge as honeymooners. We found the lodge to be clean and finished to a very high spec. It certainly felt luxurious. The area is quiet and peaceful, though some landscape maintenance did take place during the daytime. The park is so well situated as a base between points of interest such as Cheddar Gorge (5 mins drive away), Glastonbury (30 mins) and Wells (15 mins). A bus service operates with a stop very close by. The Cider Barn located at the top of the park was a fantastic bonus - we had a great time there! All-in-all, we r...more
The diamond lodge was clean and warm when we arrived, we had everything that we needed for the first night. The lodge is open planned which my son enjoyed as he had lots of room to play. It was nice to see that there was a little store cupboard outside where we got the parasol and cushions out for an evening while we enjoyed a bbq. The hot tub was easy to use and was on for when we arrived. We missed the staff coming over on the arrival day but the lodge has folder which has everything you need to know about in it. On the departure day we lost my sons bed time toy and the staff were very helpf...more
Overall a lovely place to stay. Peaceful location, very comfortable and well equipped. The only downside was a few signs of wear and tear. The radiators had obviously leaked at some point leaving black stains on the wood flooring and the fridge had a broken shelf. They were only minor details and would not stop us staying again.
Stayed for the Easter weekend. Arrived for early check in with keys in the door ready for us. Lodge was clean and fresh upon arrival. Lovely touches with the wine, cookies and water. The robes hanging in the wardrobes were a fab touch. Nice for the staff to knock upon arrival to welcome us and check if all was ok. The book gave us some ideas on where to visit and we went to Brean which was a lovely morning well spent before coming back to chill in the hot tub. Beds were huge and comfortable. Patio doors had a knack to them so we ended up just using the one and leaving the others locked. C...more
This is our third stay at the park, first time staying at The Levels. Another lovely lodge. The tv and sound system is superb, made me want to buy one! The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the hot tub and star canopy, sat outside every evening of our stay. Mike was extremely helpful and even drew a map for us to follow for a local walk. Couldn't recommend this park enough. We have already booked to come back in June.
This was our 6th visit to Strawberryfield Park, the first time in Perry Lodge. As with all the other lodges we’ve stayed in it was clean, comfortable & well equipped. The site itself is lovely, very quiet and peaceful, but excellently located for exploring the surrounding area.
Another amazing stay at Strawberry Fields Park, we have tried a few lodges and all are a very high standard, each decorated and furnished uniquely. Deer leap is our favourite as tucked away from the others. We do stay at quiet times of the year. In the summer Dear Leap may not be so quiet as very close to the Cider Barn which holds music events. Cannot fault the cleanliness on arrival and the attention to detail. The hot tub is very well maintained. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend Strawberry Fields, all lodge are superb, you won’t be disappoin...more
Gorgeous lodge set in beautiful surroundings. Perfect location to visit Cheddar, Wookey Hole and Wells.
The lodges at Strawberry Fields can be used as a welcome get a way to help calm those winter blues. Lovely decor, nicely set out, well appointed, quiet and most importantly warm. The jacuzzi was nice but we only used it once. Location is great for Wells and visiting the caves etc. Overall a nice stay.
amazing lodge, so relaxing and nice to have couple days there especially with the hot tub even if the weather isnt great . lovely bath aswell
We had an amazing stay.4adults and 1 dog..plenty of room and very relaxing space . The log burner was a real winner too to add to the cosiness
I have stayed at Strawberry fields numerous times in the last 10 years. The staff are friendly & helpful and the location is stunning. We had a lovely time.
We had a lovely stay in Mulberry lodge, very cosy with everything you need, A nice big bed and also a large shower and the bath were nice touches. We walked to near by Cheddar for a roast dinner at The Bath Arms which we would also recommend, and of course checked out the Gorge, we struggle to get a taxi so walked back so be aware and inquire before hand! We will deffo be back maybe in the Summer for the beaches.
Had an amazing stay at strawberry fields, and what a lovely villa, spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was spot on . Comfy beds and great showers, and the hot tub was perfect. The cider barn was good with live music on a Sunday, and the pizza's were lovely, we'll definitely come again.
Great accommodation, everything you needed was provided and all good quality and condition. Quiet location, comfortable and relaxing stay. Friendly staff and nice welcome pack of goodies. Would stay again and hope for better weather next time.
