Airy and spacious with an interior that could easily grace the pages of a glossy magazine, King’s Quay is as good-looking as it is practical, with three stunning bedrooms and a fabulous living area providing families and couples with an exceptional base from which to explore all that the town and surrounding coastline have to offer. Utilising every sublime inch of its period home architecture, the house has a unique layout where angled walls and varied ceiling heights create a space that is both intriguing and welcoming; with contemporary furnishings and a coast-inspired colour palette lending a calming quality throughout.

Arranged over two floors, the open plan upstairs living area strikes a harmonious balance between style and comfort with luxury seating and beach-infused design elements forming an inviting place to spend time together in. Also incorporated into this floor is the home’s bespoke kitchen as well as the dining area, so for evenings spent at home guests can prepare and share delicious meals with ease. Dual aspect waterside views frame the room while a huge sliding door opens to invite the sea air in and leads out to a furnished terrace where morning coffees and evening G&T’s can be savoured. Located on the lower floor, the property’s three bedrooms include a spacious master suite with its own shower room as well as a second double and lovely children’s bunk room. All of the bedrooms feature deeply comfortable mattresses and high-quality linen with the two adult’s bedrooms showcasing bird's eye views of the harbour beyond.

With what can only be described as near-iconic status thanks to Sky Atlantic's Fish Town, Brixham is packed with a variety of wonderful restaurants, many of which offer the fresh seafood that has been caught in its very own waters. Ice cream shops, cafes and pubs are a-plenty, as are the gift shops and boutique stores, all arranged in colourful eclecticism around the harbour and marina. Within just a short drive from the town are some of Torbay’s best beaches including Broadsands and Goodrington, although locals prefer a scenic stroll along the seafront to the hidden Fishcombe Cove for a dip in the sea.

It was my first time staying here and loved it so much I have already booked again for later in the year.
The main favourite for me was the balcony and the views. The place was spotless, and good quality carpets and furnishings.
I was really happy with my stay here and recommend it 100 percent.
No knifes and forks so best to bring your own., amongst a few other smaller things like soap or shower gel, apart from that which is easily sorted I loved my stay here.
I'm already looking forward to going back in October. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Our 3rd Stay at this property due to its outstanding location and views. Upon arrival we noticed the property had had new carpets and outside furniture.
The property is very comfortable. The housekeeper Carly is always on hand if you need her and extremely helpful. The bedside lamp lightbulb were missing and batteries in doorbell & kitchen clock needed replacing.
On a negative note. Only 1 bath towel / hand towel per person for 7 days and 1 toilet roll. I queried this and was told that is all we get. So 2 nights 3 or 7 all the same. Something we have not encountered anywhere else. There is a washing machine. No dishwasher tablets supplied & only 1 towel. I would have thought with the word 'luxury ' there would be more essentials.
Great to have parking pass . The weather was really good during our stay and was able to make use of the balcony. We would stay again but bring extra essentials with us

Hi Karen, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that you were disappointed by the lack of supplied items in the property but as all of our properties are self catering, the amount of towels and toilet roll left for guests is industry standard. We would love to welcome you back in the future. Best wishes, the Luxury Coastal team.

Our second visit to Kings Quay. This is a beautiful property situated with the best views in Brixham. Very tastefully furnished and comfortable. Parking permit included for marina car park a short walk is a bonus. Lovely to watching the fishing boats. We have gone in winter months and fabulous views across the bay at night of Torquay lit up.
Only downside we felt was could do with more kitchen utensils. For a 3 bedroom property. We went as a party of 4. There were only 2 wine glasses provided. We went out to buy our own. Also no extra cleaning items bin bags/toilet rolls washing etc .Which for the price we would have expected to find replacements. Again we had to purchase. Some areas of the property were quite dusty too.
However we would definitely stay again and are already looking to re book for the autumn
