Being just a stone’s throw from the heart of the town, Number Eleven has it all. A superb refurbishment and wonderful views mean you’ll sleep comfortably, relax in beautiful spaces, and be just an amble away from the seafront, shops, restaurants and cafes.
Perfect for holidays with family or friends, there's plenty of gorgeous space to enjoy. The inviting ground-floor sitting room has a fabulous bay window framing the views, and a log-burner for warming up on winter afternoons. Curl up on the sofa with a good book after a morning out exploring the coastline, gather around the dining table for meals and board games, and unwind on the fantastic front terrace with coffee or sundowners alfresco while taking in the scenery.
Three bedrooms are situated on the cottage's top two floors. The tasteful first-floor master bedroom with its harbour-facing bay window and sumptuous king-size bed is a dream. The second bedroom (also on this floor) is a light-filled double with elegant décor and an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, a third light-filled bedroom has vaulted ceilings and twin beds, with a birds-eye view of the town, harbour and sea.
Brixham is just as charming in winter. Boats to and fro in the harbour, restaurants and pubs offer a warm welcome and hearty food, the fish and chips are still out of this world, and a freshly brewed coffee at one of the artisan cafes tastes even better after a bracing walk along the coast path. Explore stunning beaches nearby with golden sands, shingle stretches and a glittering sea. Go crabbing, swimming, paddle-boarding or kayaking. Enjoy lunch overlooking the harbour, stroll along the Breakwater, or tuck into a cream tea on Berry Head Nature Reserve with sweeping views of the bay as a backdrop.
