Bleasdale is one of four Lantern and Larks sites nestled in the beautiful Lancashire countryside, within easy reach of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, this is the perfect place for a family break. Sit back and relax in one of five luxury safari tents, fully equipped with a cosy wood burning stove, hot running water and comfortable bedrooms. Parties of six or more can book multiple tents and enjoy a group break.

We had an amazing experience in the heart of Ribble Valley. We stayed for a couple nights with our 1 year old and the tent had plenty of space to move about in. Definitely pack for cold nights even in the summer as it's close to a river. We woke up to the sound of sheep, birds and cows each morning. Beautiful part of the country, nearest good shop and pub is 15 mins drive. A must is lunch at Inn at Whitewell.

We were fortunate enough to stumble across a last minute cancellation to stay at Bleasdales, I had no idea really what we were booking I just thought I’d make it adventure whatever it be! My husband, 3 boys and I were blown away by they beauty of the site and the size and look of the safari tent. Keith and Debbie were fantastic nothing was too much trouble and they were very welcoming, communication was great. We loved every minute of our magical adventure, the tents are spaced generously unlike a lot of sites, they are well stocked with everything you might need and the beds are cosy not sofa beds or futons as you often find whilst ‘glamping’ we are definitely hoping to return! Highly recommended!
