We arrived Sunday evening, and settled in.. Unfortunately a dental emergency we had to cut the holiday short. We will hopefully return next year

We recently stayed at 10 dart haven. The lovely little bungalow is in a great location in Devon. The bungalow is well appointed comfortable and has everything you need for a great holiday. The owners have gone above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The bungalow is in a great area of Devon and has easy access to all the attractions. We can highly recommend staying at dart haven

We have stayed in Dart Haven many times over the years and intend to return again.
It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. And it is positioned very well for visiting Dartmouth, Torquay, Paignton, Brixham and also has a local pub with lovely food and staff in walking distance.

This chalet was second to none it was well equipped & very clean & well presented.The location was perfect for a lovely peaceful relaxing time which me & my wife Kim & Ozzy the cockerpoo really enjoyed.We picked this location to be not to far from a beach & not to far from a town & was perfect.

We had a wonderful relaxing week staying in Dart Haven.
On arrival we found the bungalow smart well kept and spotlessly clean.
A well received little welcome pack was awaiting us.
The owner has made sure that everything you may require for your stay is there for you,much thought has gone in to it.
Peaceful, great views easy to get to all local sites.
Excellent customer service from Coastal cottages team and kindness from the owner.
We would definitely stay again and recommend.

From the moment we walked through the door I knew it was going to be a great place to stay. It was clean, well decorated and there was even a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits waiting for us. It's a 1 to 20 minute drive away from some fantastic beaches and if you don't want to take the car then the numerous trails, footpaths and bridleways literally start at the gate. Ten minutes away is Agatha Christie's holiday home {now owned by the National Trust} and there are absolutely loads of things to do. It's very peaceful, quiet and relaxing with only the birdsong breaking the silence.
We will be going back and next time we'll be staying longer.

I would 100% recommend this lovely place to anyone, it’s in a beautiful location with views of the sunset and the easily accessible to places like Dartmouth by boat or car.
Dart haven has fully equipped with utensils, towels, bedding, white goods so that you can easily cook and clean at home, board games making it a perfect stay for multiple nights.
This is our 3rd time staying at Dart Haven, thank you for another great stay.

Booked this bungalow for myself and my Dad and my 2 small dogs so we could visit family in Brixham, we were blessed with exceptional weather and found the property was immaculate beautifully presented and very well equipped and very home from home we really had the most relaxing stay and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful location but still accessible to all areas of Torbay
We did have a problem with the TV signal and having contacted the owners it was easily resolved by switching on the booster switch which had been turned off it was so simple but the owners kindly offered a cream tea at a local cafe which we did not expect it was above and beyond and very much appreciated
Looking forward to coming back next year

What a special little place Dart Haven is. From the outside it stands out from the others with its pristine grey frontage. Inside it’s clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, leather sofa and chair. A decent sized shower room with powerful electric shower. Bed / has a comfortable king size bed and bed 2 has a single bed. To crown it all off we had a very thoughtful welcoming pack. If we come back to this part of Devon, this will be the place we head to. 5 star accommodation and close to lots of dog friendly beaches.

This is our second visit to Dart Haven.
Ideal for 3 people.
Dogs are welcome.
Lovely and quiet location.
But you do need a car. The shop is up a fairly steep hill and it was a heatwave (not that I'm complaining!)
Definitely stay here again.
I liked that bedding and towels were provided too.

Overall very good. Over active bedroom /toilet fan or vent. Very clean with everything needed provided.
Located within easy reach of Brixham, Totnes and Ashburton. Totnes well recommended as 'high st' full of independent small traders. Also visit Maisies Cafe. Clean, quiet site. We visited in May.

I have stayed at Dart Haven 5 times in 2 years and each time has been amazing. Lovely accommodation, immaculate and cheerful decor. Very peaceful and relaxing and only a 5 minute walk to the local shops ,which includes a fantastic butchers, and The Manor Inn pub which is so friendly and welcoming and serves great food. There are loads of great places to go for a walk and the nearby Elberry Cove is stunning. I have visited a lot of the local attractions with thanks to the help and advice from the owners Alison and Steve and their agent Katie, I can’t thank them enough. Each visit has been perfect. Great location, beautiful accommodation and really feels like a home from home. I highly recommend a visit to Dart Haven.

Lovely little bungalow close to all amenities the Manor Inn a short walk away serving excellent food. The bungalow is very well equipped with everything you could possibly want. Dog friendly. A quiet site so a good nights sleep guaranteed. We will return again soon.

Dart Haven is a very comfortable ,recently refurbished and very well equipped holiday home .The sunny patio has the most amazing views of the River Dart, with so many excellent walks nearby.
The Bungalow Park is well managed,well tended and also peaceful .It is close to the many amenities the Village has to offer as well as being in close proximity to National Trust properties, Beaches ,Dartmoor and several interesting South Devon towns and villages which resonate with their long histories.
With Dart Haven as a base there is much to see and do,we can highly recommend it as a holiday destination.

I had a really lovely holiday and even met friends who owned a holiday Bungalow just a few yards away. It was a great location and just up the road from where I used to live in Greenway Park. Lovely walks, close to the picturesque River Dart and the village of Dittisham on the far side of the river.
Would recommend to anyone.
