We had a lovely week here. Pheasant Point has clearly been lovingly cared for and upgraded. It is spacious and light filled. Just right for two people. Comfortable furnishings and everything we needed. Very peaceful location. Will definitely return.
She went over and above by taking our calls in the evening and extending our accommodation and at times at the last minute finding us alternative accommodation as we didn’t know one day from the next how long our dad was gong to be in hospital.. her support in such a difficult time was truly appreciative and I would recommend this company to any further potential customers. We had a lovely weekend in the cottage in September, it was our first time away with our new baby and we felt at home straight away. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, the interior was beautifully furnished, lovely and clean, and had everything you could need. The bed was so comfy as well! We had such a warm welcome from the owners and the welcome package was a lovely touch. We will definitely be retuning!

Second stay at The Cottage, third stay on this site. It's lovely. Quiet, country setting, nice little pub down the road. And near enough to Brixham & Paignton. Clean, tidy a little home from home. Will be staying again, great that you let dogs stay.
Being coming here for a while now, absolutely stunning area, scenery is beautiful, so peaceful. House is so cosy, really comfortable beds, great jacuzzi and warm pool. Nothing to complain. Village just a few minutes drive for your food shopping. Come and enjoy Wales!
We booked this bungalow because it was close to Greenway, which we wanted to visit for me and my sister's birthday. It was very neat and clean, and dog friendly, which we wanted so my son could bring his dog.
We have stayed in Dart Haven many times over the years and intend to return again. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. And it is positioned very well for visiting Dartmouth, Torquay, Paignton, Brixham and also has a local pub with lovely food and staff in walking distance.
As a family of 6, we had a really comfortable stay at Manuka Cottage. Its well equipped, clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and ideally located to explore local villages, beaches and towns. Our host, Deb was excellent going above and beyond to make sure our stay was relaxing. Highly recommended!
We have stopped in several chalets on site and were impressed with this one. They had particularly maximised the space well. Everywhere seemed a little bigger. The view over the dart is lovely as always. The end chalets are definitely the better ones to have for the side window, bigger patio and that view. The only real complaint was the WiFi. It kept dropping out and as they say in the booklet WiFi is important in this day and age, so that really needs upgrading. The other was the shower head which fell out it's holder easily.

We loved our stay in Hillview. It was a very comfortable base and a great place to stay. We will definitely return and rent this bungalow again, next time we are in South Devon. The site has a lot of trees and surrounding fields, we were lucky enough to see an owl twice. The bungalow is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, and we didn’t want to leave.
What a fabulous lodge this is. It’s truly a home from home. The owners have thought of everything that you could need. We have stayed in the cottage several times and the lodge certainly matches the quality and comfort. There is no need to leave this place as having access to the shared games room, crazy golf and pool is a bonus especially if you have kids. Adults can also enjoy their own hot tub. You may even catch a glimpse of the planes flying the Mach loop. You’ll hear them before seeing them! There is only one negative: you’ll never want to leave. We will certainly be booking again 5⭐️

Absolutely lovely. Im delighted we booked Greenways - end of row - had the garden all to ourselves. Very clean - in fact it was immaculate. The bed was super comfy and the bedding perfect ... I slept really well ..... good parking too - very close to the bungalow. AND a lovely welcome hamper which we devoured! I really loved this place. It was a recommendation from a relative who had stayed some years before, so I'm recommending it now! This was our 4th visit to the park and enjoyed our few days in this spotless bungalow. Will definitely be visiting again.
We have just returned from a week in Plain Sailing. The park was really lovely. So peaceful and beautifully kept. The enclosed paddock was great for dogs to run freely. There are lots of things to do in the area. Would recommend a trip to Dittisham and a visit to Greenway, Agatha Christies house. Lots of gorgeous walks and very nice pub in the village. The bungalow was really nice with everything you could possibly need (although another teatowel would have been handy). No need to take dog bowls, lead or a hair dryer. Lovely, comfy king size bed. This is a lovely quaint cottage literally minutes away from the beach and town centre. It is decorated very tastefully with lots of extra little touches but could be made even better and more elegant by replacing or painting the pine elements. The pine just didn't seem to fit with the rest of the modern, coastal theme but this is only a very minor criticism. The only other criticism would be the lack of heating in the kitchen. It didn't affect our stay too much as we had fairly decent weather but you could definitely feel the temperature difference when walking from the lounge into the kitch...more
We love stopping at coast holiday homes and we've stopped at spindrift probably about 5 times as we love the views from spindrift and parking is good as it's set at the back of the bungalow out the way. We will still visit coast holiday homes in galpton but now slightly feel that spindrift could do with a slight update, the furniture isn't very comfortable as it's really conservaty furniture, beds are very comfortable but outside dining table and chairs are very uncomfortable and just feel that it could now do with updating and also they only leave 2 toilet rolls also no welcome pack of goodie...more
The property was immaculate and well maintained and perfect for our needs, a great location being close to the sea and essential amenities
Nice flat and generally clean. Good location. Mattress was very soft, saggy and poor quality which made sleeping difficult.
Everything you need but settee was to low and we had to help each other off bucket chair was ok mattess on bed kept on moving lol but perfect for us dog loved the pathways plant was watered ever evening thank u can’t wait to come back next year
