We had a wonderful time staying in this fabulous thatched cottage. Paul and his family made us feel very welcome. Our 3 year old didn’t want to leave at the end of our 7 night stay. Location is ideal for exploring any of the towns in and around Torbay. We can recommend Pennywell Farm, Kent’s Cavern and the Dartmouth Steam Railway as great days out. Plenty of supermarkets within a 10 minute drive.

This is our 2nd time staying at the old linhay with our 2 young children. The property is in a beautiful location and our stay was completely perfect. Everything is clean and today and we cannot fault it. Highly recommend !

We had a lovely weekend in the cottage in September, it was our first time away with our new baby and we felt at home straight away. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, the interior was beautifully furnished, lovely and clean, and had everything you could need. The bed was so comfy as well! We had such a warm welcome from the owners and the welcome package was a lovely touch. We will definitely be retuning!

Our stay at the Old Linhay was nothing short of perfect. The host was very helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. Everything is catered for within the cottage, whether that is fresh bread, milk and cheese on arrival to logs for the fire. We loved it that much we have already booked again for 2024
