Booked to stay at the end of a Lands End to John OGroats cycle ride raising awareness of prostate cancer, the BBQ hut proved a great location to kick back and celebrate!
Beautiful lodges in a panoramic setting. We both loved the barbecue hut and ate in there every night. The owners were lovely and very happy to help with anything we needed. We'll be back!
We enjoyed our stay, location was lovely as was the bbq hut, which we used. However, we felt that a bit of an update would be a good idea. There was no microwave and with having a small kitchen would be useful. No USB plugs which nowadays everyone has and saves taking lots of adapters. Disappointing with the tv as quite old and one might say you don’t need one but when you have to suit all ages I think you need to be modern. Also Netflix and smart speakers have been included in other pods on our trip in Scotland. Not here though. Not too impressed with being TOLD that we have to strip our bed...more
