The pool house was outstanding, it had everything we needed . Our age range was 3 - 85 and it had lots to do in and around the house. It is the best house we have stayed in for comfort and location.
We had a really lovely stay in The Yurt — it had everything we needed and was so warm and cosy, even in November. The hot tub was brilliant, especially for a bit of star gazing in the evenings. The attention to detail throughout was fantastic, and we really appreciated the little touches — including the wagon to ferry our things from the car to The Yurt. All the information we needed was laid out clearly in a detailed booklet, which made everything really easy. Charlie was incredibly helpful and always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. This is our 2nd stay in this lovely cottage, which is inscrutibly clean, very well apointed, and totally private. It's close to the main house, but faces away into a lovely green field. You couldn't ask for a better place to relax and unwind.

We had a really wonderful stay at The Calf Pens. There was so much attention to detail that we wanted for nothing. It was clean, comfortable, extremely well laid out and had plenty of books and board games to entertain us. The owners had carefully and thoughtfully put together interesting places to visit and provided information for local pubs/restaurants. All these touches enabled us to have a relaxing stay. We spent a midweek in the Aspen Loft and had a truly delightful experience. The accommodation is wonderfully cosy, with charming and colourful decoration that instantly makes you feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need and the garden is an absolute gem, romantic with a wide view across the surrounding landscape. The hosts welcomed us with genuine warmth (and their gentle dogs added an extra touch of joy). Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in a peaceful countryside setting.

A charming and distinctive property in an absolutely gorgeous setting. It was so peaceful: walks direct from the door were plentiful and returning to the comforts of the Mill a delight. We had a wonderful week and would recommend the Mill without hesitation.
The Hayloft is extremely well presented, with a blend of the old, retro, new features and decor. The location is perfect for walks, sightseeing and discovering the local history. What made it extra special for me was the fact that i am a massive fan of the Lovejoy TV series from days gone past. to be able to stay in his workshop, in the grounds of Belchamp / Felsham Hall, was a dream come true. Would highly recommend a stay there. Thank you for making it part of a perfect experience.
We wanted a long weekend base for ourselves, our daughter, husband and 2 very small grandchildren (aged 2 and a baby aged 10 weeks) and their friends to join us - it delivered on every front. The house is an Elizabethan gem, a privilege to stay in, surrounded by a moat, which adds to the uniqueness. The grounds are beautiful - particularly around the house and summer house - with lovely lavender and roses, in full bloom. We have had a truly lovely stay in Tea Caddy cottage, so peaceful and fab location with a great big enclosed garden for playing with our dog The cottage is very tastefully decorated with the most gorgeous bathrooms, very comfortable throughout. Great places to visit nearby.
What an outstanding place to stay. The Temple was stunning in spacious wonderful grounds. The building and furnishings were fantastic , and we couldn’t have asked for more. It was a brilliant place for a family holiday. Idyllic Cottages staff and the estate staff were friendly and very helpful. Definitely a great place to stay.

This is a really special place and everything was perfect. Stylish, well equipped, comfortable and in a beautiful, tranquil location. Dog walks were literally on the doorstep which as well as being convenient, was ideal to explore the surrounding countryside. Am already thinking about when I can return...

Our recent stay at The Tryst in Lavenham was nothing short of enchanting. Duke's lodge is simply lovely and cosy with a well equipped kitchen/dining room and very comfortable beds. Quirky as can be so mind your head. Ceilings are high enough but the doorframes...... Located (almost) on the village market square and at crawling distance to two great pubs. Sunday lunch at the Crown was perfect. Walks aplenty e.g. to the nearby village of Chelsworth with also a great pub. Suffolk is very nice and picturesque with lots of things to see and do within a half hour's drive. Bury st. It was a charming cottage centrally located in the village. The place was comfortable and quite spacious. Lovely garden to enjoy especially when the weather is as beautiful as we had!!
Lovely village and location but cleanliness could be improved especially kitchen stuff. Feels like it needs a deep clean.
