The villa is spacious but needs some TLC. beds are not comfortable and the floor tiles are dangerous. The location is o.k but the current road works restrict access in and out .

We went there as a group of six in mid of June. The villa is for eight people thus there was a lot of space in the house and at the pool. The pool was very nice. The pool was cleaned two times during our 1-week stay. The house was very clean when we arrived. The location of the house is perfect - 10min walking distance to the most beautiful bays of cyprus; 5min walking distance to shops and restaurants; 15min drive to ayia napa

All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice, clean, great place and near the beach and markets & tavernas
Every thing is much better than photos except the room space but its not small
