We had a wonderful time at Villa Linda for 8 days. The house has anything you need, we were 3 couples with 3 babies and it was very comfort for all of us. The location is also ideal, very close to 2 small beautiful beaches at Pernera.
Everything was perfect Ernesta and her team were fabulous . The flat has the afternoon sun which was great if you’ve had enough of the beach . The apartment was fully equipped with everything you needed. Walking distance to the fabulous fig tree bay and turtle beach on the doorstep. And a Lidl a 10 minute stroll away. It is the 5th time we have stayed in these apartments and will definitely return. The staff on site were amazing and the 2 pools and buildings were kept spotlessly clean. We had great 5 days as a family in this villa! The huge swimming pool is a big hit and the kids absolutely loved it! The villa is very spacious, all rooms very clean and comfortable and with all the facilities (even a Cyprus bbq), which make the stay there a memorable experience! The views from the bedrooms balcony are also amazing! Moreover, there is a very small private beach within 5min walk!!! Last but not least the service from the Villas2let team (especially Stelios and Antonis) is impeccable!!! We would definitely love to go back one day soon!

Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο και πολύ καθαρό, αναπαυτικοί καναπέδες, μεγάλη τηλεόραση(smart TV) και τα υπνοδωμάτια ήταν πολύ μεγάλα και νιώθαμε πολύ άνετα με το σπίτι. Lovely holiday had in Ayia Napa with comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation. Good location but car is recommended. Close to Nissi beach as well as to the strip where there are so many restaurants to choose from. About a 35 minute drive from Larnaca airport with car hire easy to find within. We booked 3x Villas as we all attended a wedding and had family etc who also came over. This Villa is beautiful. It’s not too big downstairs but had a downstairs bedroom which was useful for one of our guests and had everything that was needed. Cleanliness was really good and the overall experience of staying in this villa has been fantastic. Villas To Let are very accommodating and were to support if needed, other than that they left you to just enjoy your holiday. We would definitely recommend this company to anybody wishing to stay Cyprus.

We have stayed in Villa Carolina several times our the past years with other family members & have always enjoyed our stay. The villa is very spacious both inside and out, the villa has excellent water pressure so no issues when showering, the pool is a 8mt x 4mt with access steps so great for large families or just relaxing & swimming lengths. In a quiet part of Protaras in front of a beautiful bay where you have a great chance to swim with turtles. A short walk by the sea will take you to the center of town. All in all nice place to stay.
We had an amazing stay at this villa. It really does look just like the pictures, it is so so spacious (we stayed as a family of 5 with 3 young children). The pool area is just beautiful, the villa itself is completed to an amazingly high standard. The views from the top Terrance are stunning, it’s a very quiet area too so you don’t get disturbed. The villa was modern in a gated complex, and although quite dense in terms of back2back with other villas was quiet. Pool was smaller than in other villas but therefore was warmer than others and was plenty big enough for the 5 of us. Very clean when we arrived with a welcome package which was appreciated. Communication was proactive and responsive throughout the stay albeit we had not issues/questions that needed responding to. Das Haus war sehr sauber , den Pool haben wir jeden tag genutzt! Die Lage ist auch unschlagbar . Wenige Fahrminuten mit dem Auto zu den geilsten spots um Klippen zu springen. Super Gegend, ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We stayed at Coralli Spa a few years ago and decided to book again as we enjoyed it. Nothing was too much trouble for Villas2let they were always available to speak to and were very helpful. We had trouble getting into the safe, within 20 minutes they arrived to set the code for us. The apartment was just like the photos, the bed was so comfortable and big! We will be back!

Comfortable and well equipped apartment for long stays. Also peaceful as in B block. Great WIFI. Like the privacy of the trees opposite. This bed was more comfortable than other Coralli apartments I've stayed in.
Very convenient location for those traveling by car. A secluded, peaceful place in a separate complex with parking spaces. Everything inside is clean, including bed linen. The beds seemed very comfortable, they slept like dead people. The villa is suitable for a family of 3-4 people, no more. Compared to the rental of villas in Spain (3 years before that we were vacationing where the sea and rental conditions are also at a very high level), the price is very high.
I had a pleasant experience overall during my stay at the villa. The proximity to the sea was a definite plus, making it convenient for beach visits. The villa itself was good value for the price paid, offering comfortable accommodation. One minor drawback was the kitchen equipment; it was not as well-equipped as I would have liked. This made cooking a bit challenging at times. However, aside from this, everything else met my expectations, and I had an enjoyable stay.

Delightful villa with spacious courtyard, jacuzzi and lovely, well looked after garden. It had everything that we needed inside as a family of four on holiday. Owners/Villas2let were immediately responsive to any queries we had - really heightened our esteem of them. In a peaceful location on cul-de-sac. Literally minutes walk to tree shaded bus stop with regular services to Paralimni, Protaras strip, Ayia Napa. Ayia Triada beach, local mini supermarkets and a magnificent bakery within reasonable walking distance. Enjoyed our holiday there and would definitely rebook this villa.
everything was nice and in good condition except for the below points: we had to change all batteries for all air conditioning units and the TV the curtains need washing the gray sofa in the sitting area needs cleaning and not comfortable at all. Also it is torn the wine glasses in the kitchen cupboards were not clean, we had to wash them all over again the gray covers of the garden furniture were dirty

We had a very good stay at Villa Medusa which is located in a beautiful and recent residence. the house is very well appointed and in very good condition. Ayia Napa and all its beaches are 15 minutes from the villa. the representative (Georges) is available and very responsive. I recommend!!!!!!

We were staying in the apartment for 20 nights and really enjoyed. The overall condition is great and the staff and management were extremely helpful. PROS: - location. If you are familiar with Kapparis area, Mythical sands is probably the best choice to stay in apartment. Villa was excellent for our family. My sisters, our children and our mum. There was enought space for privacy and lovely ground to spent time together. Location made possible to made a walk or ran in nationalpark and when we wanted to go centrum we took a bus. Good air conditioning in every bedroom/apartment. Villas2let answered my emails very fast and I got answer for every questions I asked. We got them comprehensive information and tips.
We were a group of four people, and were all more than thrilled with the location. The terrace with pool and the view into the sea let us many days just linger and enjoy the time in the supposed seclusion. From the first contact to the check-in, the easy and quick communication with Georg on site to the check-out was very pleasant and accommodating to the guest. Wir genossen die Ferien hier als Paar sehr. Besonders war der grosse Balkon mit dem Panoramoblick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und sauber. Wir bekamen sehr gute Hilfe wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge sehr gut. An der Hauptstrasse finden sich recht nah ein Lebensmittelladen und auch eine Bushaltestelle die in die näheren Orte gute Verbindung hat. Wir können Wohnung empfehlen.

Very comfortable villa with all necessary kitchen utensils. Spacious Villa with large kitchen tables, which is perfect for celebrating an event with a large group. Cozy, clean rooms with comfortable beds provide complete relaxation and rest, and the wonderful view of the sea from the roof of the villa is simply amazing. The area is well-groomed, with a swimming pool and sun loungers. There is a children's playground nearby, which is very convenient for families with children. The staff is always in touch and ready to help at any time. We are simply delighted with this place!
Harmony was situated in a quiet, rural location with undisturbed views of Ayia Napa and the sea in the distance. We were fortunate to have lovely weather so the pool and outside areas were used a huge amount. The pool table was also a big bonus! The only drawback was a lot of dog/s barking most mornings from 6am! We all had a wonderful holiday.

Great modern Villa perfect for family holiday, good location, 10 min walk to fig tree bay, hired a car and loved our time in Cyprus. Beds are quite uncomfortable and we did have bad backs but all in all, a brilliant stay & we were very pleased with the Villa. We had an amazing family holiday at this villa. Enough space for 8 of us, fantastic pool area and minutes from the restaurants, bars and beach. The service from Villas2Let was also exceptional. From booking to departure they kept in touch and addressed every query we had. Special mention for their rep Georgia. Always available and always able to fix the small issues (sent someone to change the pool light timer, sent extra towels, even brought a brand new iron to us when we noticed the old one wasn’t working). Hopefully we’ll get the chance to visit again.
The previous people that stayed there were very dirty, giving the cleaners less time and more work to do. We we allowed for entrance to the house after 19.00 rathen than 16.00. Overall because we stayed to the same complex several times i would say its the perfect location and definetelly we will stay again, thanks .

Lovely house and pool. Even though it’s very open to the 2 streets you don’t notice because very few people are walking around. The house is functional and fits perfectly your needs. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Heaven. We were a party of 4 but had ample space and would have been fine even as a party of up to 8. The privacy is unbelievable, ultimate peace and quiet. The equipment provided in the villa is a great selection from cooking utensils to fun and games to books ! I would advise to ensure you have a car as the track up to the villa is quiet long and bumpy unsuitable for anyone who might have limited mobility. We have just returned from the most amazing holiday in Protaras, 6 ladies had the best holiday. It is very good at nice location. The villa is clean and big enough. It needs curtains/blinds at the windows which are on the stairs because you are vissible from outside and one sun curtain in the main room. Overall a nice house and the pool is big enough and clean.
Location is convenient, close to supermarket, beaches and restaurants. Would definitely however recommend renting a car. Make sure to lock up well before leaving as there are many cases of burglary around the neighborhood.

The last point on the directions provided was confusing and when we finally found the apartment we could see no mention of the name 'Nemesis'. The apartment was quite nice, however lacking in cooking equipment. The very soft, squiggy cushions on the sofas are not our taste where they are being used by many people. Location is great, pool good size, a/c work well, there was only one shot glass, and one towell per person, no detergents for washing machine and dishwasher, when i call them they provided it. There was a lot of broken glass on the bottom of the pool on our arrival, even after calling nobody finally arrive to clean it up, bbq wasnt possible to regulate, and even after calling wasnt changed, poor wi-fi, in room with 2 single beds there wasnt even one desk to put anything on, in one of double bedroom wardrobe had very bad smell. We had a family vacation in Polina house. The house is big enough and the location is very good . The pool area is comfortable and surrounded by beautiful garden. Firstly can't fault villas2let great service.. Would use them again.. Black out blinds desperately needed in the bedroom as woken up at 6.30 in the morning with the sun streaming through the window. Sunbeds need cushions for comfort as very uncomfortable. Swimming pool is in the shade for alot of the day so doesn't get warm only used once. The sea is alot warmer. Villas2let themselves were great in terms of support and helpfulness but this villa is very very tired and grubby to be totally honest! It needs all furniture replacing and a really deep clean. Pool lining was quite filthy, outside furniture falling to bits, very very poor condition and different to the images on the website. The villa is in a nice quiet location. It is a little further back, so you have more privacy. In the morning, the terrace is in the shade, which was ideal for us because the children could play in the shade. If you still want sun, you can use the roof terrace. In the evening you can sit on the terrace in the evening sun - that was great! The pool was nice and warm so you didn't freeze (we were there in early June). We had a relaxing, lovely holiday in Villa Merry in Ayia Thekla. The location of the chosen holiday resort is very good and we would love to come back to Ayia Thekla.
Have stayed in this area before actually renting the villa next door so we're aware the location was somewhat on the outskirts of Protaras. We had a hire car so again had no issues with the location. The management team sorted out some minor issues very quickly including the cleanliness of the pool which still needs some attention to the sides which have a dirty oily type scum around the edges. Overall we enjoyed the break.
We didn’t have to use Customer service, but we did receive several messages from them for anything we might need so over all excellent service. The apartment was a good size for our needs,clean towels and bedding was provided along with a small welcome pack. The apartment on the surface was clean, but needed replacing some items eg shower grubby, door not sliding properly falling apart. A few of the kitchen items need to be replaced eg glasses. - Awesome location near several beaches that can easily be walked to - Comfortable villa for up to 2 couples and possibly more guests / kids - well maintained pool - not very green around the house like with nearby villas - kitchenware very underwhelming, especially dishwasher - very basic beds, sheets, blankets - neighbours are really messy unfortunately, which was not really disturbing but a bit weird to see and it attracted stray cats

The villa is not very modern in interior but it compensates with the pool and the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable and there is AC in both bedrooms. No dishwasher, unfortunately . I had a pleasant stay.
Great location. The villa needs renovation. The guys from Villas2let were very responsive and tried to help us when we had a problem with the fridge provided. I recommend renting from them.
The villa is really spacious and nice. Pool is a bit small, however is great for a short cool down in the afternoon. Be aware the villa is surrounded by a lot of other villas. Most of them with friend groups enjyoing the night life in agia nappa. However the villa still feels verry secluded and the neighbours did not bother us. Distance to the beach is pretty far. However taxis will take you for about 10 eu to nissie beach.
Everything was perfekt - we plan on coming again by end of september - we are going to book on 5.6.
an information for you about the clean: they cleaned the windows with the towels used by others. also when we got inside it wasn't so clean that we did it again
The Coralli Apartments are very well maintained and centrally located in Protaras and very convenient to travel to different parts of the island. I will visit again in 2025. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. AJ
Very satisfied. The villa was at an excellent location next to many utilities and the beach. Everything was great the pool perfect and we also received a great customer service as we were offered a late checkout. I strongly recommend it for vacations:)
This villa fell slightly short of being a great villa. Our intention was to have lots of barbecues as there is a great one in the garden, however, there are no grill trays supplied for this and instead, we had to use an old metal one with a small tray the size in A4 paper, no use for a family of 4. The freezer popped open every time we closed the fridge, and sometimes even by its own, we lost some food due to this. Also, there seems to be an infestation of very small flies and we woke up with some bites.
It would be very much appreciated if the villa is much more cleaner. When inside you see how sofa is dirty, shades probably never washed and the worst thing was a dishwasher filter which was very dirty with mold in it already as well.
The villa was new, the housekeeping supervisor was excellent and fast to help. She even re-cleaned the Villa again upon our arrival to satisfy us more. The bathroom in the master bedroom is narrow and small. Unfortunately, all bathrooms (3) are not properly ventilated as it got no suction fans, only windows which cannot be opened due to insects and mosquitos. The location is quiet but not the best, but with your car you can reach all beaches and restaurants. In general, it is very good, and will recommend it to all.
Villas2let were exceptional in customer service and in responding to our needs. twice we needed their support and their response was immediate. The property is in an ideal location. the only problem was that the property needed a bit of upgrading. windows aluminum were old and dirty, air-conditions at the living room were not perfectly working and bed matrices are old. Unfortunately we also found cockroaches couple of times.
