The location is great and villas to let were helpful. There were a number of things broken in the property which needed fixing. The main issue is with the neighbour who owns and lives on the villa next door. He was constantly complaining about the slightest noise to including calling the security guard to come round to our villa. I don’t advise anyone to book this villa for that reason

This was our 2nd year booking with Villas2let and we had another fabulous stay in one of their villas. The villa was in a great location close to both Kalamies and Serena beaches. 2 great beach bars with lovely views. Would recommend a visit.
Protaras is only a short taxi ride away and even the main bus to Protaras and Ayia Napa runs past the villa complex.
Would highly recommend staying here.

Overall, our stay at the villa was good. Communication with the letting team was excellent and anything we requested was delivered/done quickly. The villa was comfortable but some of the furnishings were badly marked/stained or damaged. The 3 en-suites were clean but had a urine/drainage stench, which intensified when the doors were closed, even with the windows open and after cleaning. The kitchen lacked some basic utensils such as an oven tray, fish slice or more than one frying pan (villa accommodates 6 persons). More towels are required as one per person is insufficient. The outdoor area around the pool was excellent. The villa was well positioned for buses but there is a 100 yard stretch of road immediately outside the gates that is unlit and unpaved on both sides. That is dangerous, especially for anyone with kids. Whilst the letting side of Villas2Let were excellent, the concierge side of the business is appalling. We organised airport transfers through them but eventually had to cancel and organise these through another provider as we could not get a straight answer to basic questions around payment, meeting points, pick up times etc. Avoid the Concierge, totally hopeless!

We enjoyed a 4-day stay in the Villa. It was rather new, comfortable, and close to a beach. Customer service was helpful.
Explanation about the different switches, and additional toilet paper and bathroom amenities would be very welcome.

Very nice villa in a great location.
Need more cleaning though.. inside and outside the villa was dirty and smelly. It had also a lot of ants in the backyard.

A very modern and comfortable villa which upgrades the vacation to the next level.
We didnt miss anything because everything was provided that was necessary for a great stay in cyprus.
