  • This outstanding one bedroom apartment with panoramic sea views is ideally situated in a new gated sea front resort 50 metres from the beach and close to the centre of Protaras.
  • The resort is less than 200 metres away from a beautiful Vizakia Beach and golden sands of Green Bay.
  • Contemporary designed, it consists of open plan living area which opens to a balcony, one double bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower room with rain shower.
  • With comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, this apartment can easily accommodate up to 4 people.
  • Different types of lighting allow this apartment easily change its moods.

Disappointed as due to building site, very noisy. Kids were in the pool late at night, shouting.

Had booked a taxi with you and it wasn't there at airport. Building tired, no instructions for TV or Aircon.

Dear Mary, Thank you for your comments which are very helpful. The apartment is equipped with soundproof windows which helps avoid outside noises if you close all windows. We felt happy with the apartment. Coffee machine leaking. Shower drain needs cleaned. Would be nice to have some more towels.

WE LOVED THE APARTMENT , THE VIEW AND THE LOCATION ARE EXCELLENT. THE FURNITURE IS COMFORTABLE TOO. A NICE PLACE TO RELAX.
