We have been in the same area (Levanda Hill - literally 2 villas away) the last time we holidayed in Cyprus, in 2022. We find that generally the villas are kept well, although they are starting to look a bit tired!
Villa 58 has not properly been finished, there are still electrical lights connections that are missing around the property and light bulbs on the outside that are either missing or not working. The cypress trees are rather high, which is nice, but the shade prevents the pool from getting warm. One of the pool lights are missing. Additionally, there is a dusty empty lot right next to the property and the dust is rather unbearable. We also noticed an increasing number of guests, not respecting the rules. There is loud music played beyond a reasonable hour and people generally been disrespectuf to neighbours. On this visit I actually had to call the police.
I believe that the Villas2let staff does a great job, and are very proactive. Obviously my comments are offered as a way to improve the guest experiences and enjoyment of the property and it's surroundings in the future.

We had a great stay. The villa met our expectations as well as the staff in contact with us. The neighborhood was very quiet and very pretty. Villa was wonderful with all conforts and private pool. The pool it's little small but it was clear and good for relaxation. I would recommend placing a one meter high wooden fence around the perimeter. Additionally some essentials such as salt, olive oil, straws, water, etc. should be available. Apart from that the villa was perfect and is very comfortable for 4 to 6 people.

The swimming pool was cleaned twice and grass was cut once during our 10 nights stay - BRAVO! but the house was not cleaned neither 1 time during our 10 nights stay - while the cleaning service was mentioned for the bookings 7 nights and more at least 1 per stay
