This is our first time using Villas2Let. The villa is situated on the edge of Pernera in the Protoras region, only a 15 minute leisurely walk into the village. A short walk to the main road takes you to a fabulous Greek restaurant called Pinia, if we didn't eat at home, kwe didn't bother eating anywhere else, great food and staff. We hired a car for the duration and parked it right outside the house. Buses run regularly so the villa was perfectly suited for our needs.

The villa itself is large and airy. It has all the amenities you can think of, plenty of crockery and cutlery. If I was going to ask for anything extra it would be another serving bowl or two. The kitchen white goods are all in good working order but if I had to be really picky I'd say the dishwasher needs sorting. It does work but it's super noisy and the bottom drawer tends to fall off its rail when it's fully loaded.

The air con and the stand fans were really needed, although we all tried not to freeze ourselves over night by using the aircon intermittently. It would be great if the villa had mesh shutters on its windows, to enable you to open on the windows at night time to let the cool air blow through. We'd rather do that than using air con, but, without those and with the threat of mozzies, that just wasn't possible.

Upstairs everyone found the beds to be firm, but comfortable and as we stayed for longer than 10 days we were entitled to a free mid stay clean (which very nicely included fresh bed linen too).

The bathrooms are small but clean and serviceable. We really liked the fact there was toilet cleaner available in each of the bathrooms.

The outside area is great. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which was cleaned every few days, there are plenty of beds, sun shades and chairs and we loved the table by the BBQ area, we had 3 BBQs and it was super.

They don't supply beach towels so you need to bring your own. We used the washing machine every day and with 2 clothes horses and a box of pegs we were able to go home with no dirty washing.

The sitting room area - The TV had all we needed channel wise which was brilliant. If I had to be really picky, I'd say the area in front of thenTV requires two sofas either side of the chair. The present seating arrangement of the sofa with a long end bit wasn't really comfy for the 4 of us to use, so I used the chair but had to sit at an angle side on to the tv. The dining room table was used a lot so we just left the mats on the table throughout our stay.

In short the villa is lovely, spacious, clean and the pool area perfect. The staff were contacted once and our issue was dealt with the next day, so we couldn't fault the customer service team. The cleaning team were also pleasant and thorough.

We always ask ourselves at the end of a holiday, would we go again, would we recommend it to friends and family, and, was it good value for money. Despite the few picky bits the answer to all of those questions is a resounding yes.

Very convenient location for those traveling by car. A secluded, peaceful place in a separate complex with parking spaces. Everything inside is clean, including bed linen. The beds seemed very comfortable, they slept like dead people. The villa is suitable for a family of 3-4 people, no more. Compared to the rental of villas in Spain (3 years before that we were vacationing where the sea and rental conditions are also at a very high level), the price is very high.
