  • The ground floor features beautifully furnished living room which opens to a spacious swimming pool area, a guest toilet and dining area with kitchen which sliding doors open to a shaded veranda.
  • The marble staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find a family bathroom and three bedrooms of which master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower room.
  • All bedrooms enjoy a partial sea views.
  • With walking distance to all amenities and with a lots of entertainment options, this villa offers unforgettable holidays.

Cozy villa in a quiet area, excellent Wi-Fi, needs pool renovation. Perfect for a peaceful retreat.

We had a wonderful vacation at this villa. It is located in a quiet area, providing us with a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is cozy and clean, with a modern interior and all the necessary amenities.

It is worth mentioning that the pool requires a complete renovation of the lining, although in its current state, it still served as a place for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook delicious homemade meals.

Excellent Wi-Fi signal in all parts of the house. We hope the pool will be updated soon.

Overall, this is a great option for those looking for a quiet and comfortable place to vacation. We were satisfied and plan to return to Cyprus again.

In general we had a wonderful stay, what was negative was the view to a field full of rubbish (location) and the fact there's very little space around the swimming pool, feels quite tide (comfort)

Fantastic Villa and good value for money. It was exactly what we were looking for and it exceeded our expectations. Great place for a family getaway and will definitely come again.

The villa was absolutely perfect, so clean and modern! The people in charge we so hospitable and made us feel welcome and comfortable.

I will deffinately be using this as my go to villa in the future
