We are a couple with a toddler, we really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay during Christmas Holiday. The customer service was very helpful, all of our requests were solved quickly.
The sea view is truly amazing, the apartment is comfortable, parking is easy at this residence.
There is a good local supermarket, bakery and taverna nearby. The area is calm, we could go for nice walks along the shoreline. There is swimming pool and paddle on site, there is possibility to rent a bike, so the place is very convenient for active holiday.
There are a lot of things to visit and see nearby in Famagusta region, preferably with a rented car.

The apartment is neat and very nice, with a great view to the sea. AC in both rooms, nice huge windows. The bed is comfortable and the overall condition of the apartment is pretty good.

The shower cabin and the shower itself could do with some renewing. Also it was a bit challenging to sweep the floor, as the brush kept falling off (it was broken). One face towel for 7 days was a bit weird, but well. We didn't bother much as we only came home to sleep/

Very good appartment, specialy for its situation and gorgeous view! I want to thank team and specialy Georgia for help with early check in its very important for us. She was very reactive to help us with some small problems we had in the beginning. Appartment is situation perfectly in the calme and in the same time only 15min walk from the centre of Protaras. Protaras is realy very nice and secure place. The climate is much more favorable than in Agia Napa - more fresh wind and more dry! Appartment needs some small attentions like kitchen towels, more deress shoulders and maybe its time to change the fridge)) We spent perfect week there and would like to comme back again!!

This apartment had everything we needed for a lovely one week stay in Cyprus. The location was perfect for us, with a level boardwalk round to the main beaches, shops and restaurants one way, and lovely walks off in the other direction towards different beaches and coves. The view from the little balcony was really special. For a break from swimming in the sea, the pool was clean and a very good size, with no shortage of sun beds and shades. There were a few small problems with appliances in the apartment that needed replacing, and this was done instantly and with no trouble at all from the very helpful representative. We even asked for a Nespresso-style machine, and a new one was delivered to the flat the same day. We would definitely come and stay in the same apartment again.

Nice apartment with incredible sea view. Great for a short break. Unfortunately we arrived too early in the season (Beg March) and there were only 2 bars open along the 500 or so in Fig Tree Bay which was a 20 Minute walk away and having never been to Cyprus before this was not communicated to us. The apartment block has no reception and is just apartments which are probably privately owned and rented through booking.com. There was also renovation work going on so on sitting on the balcony we could hear workman going about their daily tasks using power tools. This was again as we arrived too early before start of season. The pool area was not prepared for our arrival and not cleaned once while we were there, with leaves in and around pool area and dirty sun bed’s and dusty floor tiles, which had probably been out all year! There were workmen painting the toilet/changing area so couldn’t use it. Overall very disappointing. It appears Villas2let have rented out this too early in the season without the block being ready for occupancy. Overall probably ok in the summer season if you want an amazing sea view, near Fig Tree Bay. But be prepared for a 20 minute walk to “the strip” where all the bars and restaurants are.

Очень удобное расположение. Отличный вид из окна. Мы проживали в 303 номере. Солнце на балконе только до обеда. После обеда можно комфортно сидеть на балконе. Бухта рядом с аппарат отелем бесподобная, чистая вода, народу не много, хорошее место для снорклинга. Буквально в несколько сот метров по побережью находятся отличные пляжи. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, стиральная машина, посудомойка, и бытовая техника. Магазины и улица ресторанов рядом 10 минут пешком. Уборка, смена белья и полотенец не производилась, но нам не надо было. Не очень хочется чужих людей в номере.

WE spent one and half week in apartment Gabriela and had a great holiday there.the location is perfect even without renting a car, more nice beaches are in walking distance but the pool of the Hotel is nice too. The rooms were big enough and well equiped for a 10 day stay , were clean and the view from balcony is beautiful. the villas2let was helpful and kind during reservation process and checking out.
