The Villa itself is in a beautiful area with essential amenities nearby. The Villa is well kept and the decor inside is great with everything that you need and if it is not in the Villa George will kindly get for you (Frying Pan).
The outside is spacious and just what you need with a covered area and pool was a decent size. One thing I will say is that the pictures on the website are out of date, there is no Egg chair, there is no 4 rattan chairs with rattan table. However there is an L shaped settee and a large table with 8 chairs.
One thing that was not mentioned on the website/reviews, there is a building yard at the front of the property which they start to move machinery @ 8am in the morning so if your thinking of having a bit longer in bed, think again!
We had an issue on the day of our departure as we had a night flight and needed to leave the Villa @ 11am. George our point of contact arranged an appartment 9 minutes away which could be our base for the rest of the day.
Overall I would recommend this Villa.

I would like to thanks all the team of the Levanda hills for the amazing experience that they provide to us…We stayed only for 1 night because the reason we went to the villa was to celebrate my 20th birthday and it was my favorite party

The Villa is very nice, new and spacious, good wifi, kitchen TV, pool etc. However, it is currently opposite a construction yard which we were not fully aware of when booked.

Great villa.
Just few things
It's was not enough with one hairdryer for 5 girls.
There were no WI Fi on the second and third floor.
It was too noisy in the early mornings every day,because of building new villas.

No cleaning service was provided , how it was promised, during our 10 nights stay . Whereas the swimming pool and garden were maintained properly 2 and 1 times in line during our 10 nights stay

Value for money, excellent condition and excellent location. They forgot to bring our welcome package but their customer service was very good. The house could be more clean in terms of the floor and the emergency box was almost empty.
Overall, excellent place to stay for holidays.
