Good information about payment, location,
etc. beds with Good comfort, wonderful view from balcony. Good layout of apartment. Quite dirty in apartment at arrival. Some aspects of the apartment were worn out.

Wir genossen die Ferien hier als Paar sehr. Besonders war der grosse Balkon mit dem Panoramoblick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und sauber. Wir bekamen sehr gute Hilfe wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge sehr gut. An der Hauptstrasse finden sich recht nah ein Lebensmittelladen und auch eine Bushaltestelle die in die näheren Orte gute Verbindung hat. Wir können Wohnung empfehlen.

I gave the title of the review Everything you want to have because it seemed perfect to me. Two beaches less than 150 meters away, showers on the beach, sandy beaches without waves, large apartment with 3 air conditioners, ultra-equipped kitchen, quiet location... I have no words. Excellent.

The directions to the apartment were very clear and detailed. The link to Google navigation worked perfectly. The apartment has a private numbered parking space behind a coded gate: priceless in the summer months. The keys are left in a coded safe, so you can arrive and leave when you want. The apartment has been very cleverly fotographed to make it look more luxurious than it is, but we still found it very comfortable and the views are quite spectacular. The balcony only gets a little bit of the sun in the morning, so this will be a perfect place in the high summer temperatures to spend a day in the shade. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the main bedroom and the mattress was comfortable. Thick blankets were provided for winter. The air conditioning provides heat and cool air. We stayed here at the end of February which meant virtually everything in Protaras was closed (just one pub and two restaurants were open). We appreciated the serenity! Ayia Napa had several nice restaurants that were open. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests!

Nice apartment, lots of beaches and very good snorkeling spots nearby. Pleasantly quiet in the evening.

Luxury vacations at the most breathtaking place just a BLAST! The whole scenery from inside the flat to outside the flat is in magical harmony !

Панорамные окна дают возможность постоянно видеть море, расположение здания таково, что солнце утром до обеда - не надо кондиционером пользоваться. Рядом 2 отличных пляжа. Причем на Green Bay водятся черепахи и можно их увидеть даже без маски. В пешей доступности маркет с продуктами. Очень тихо вечерами - спальный район. В аппартаментах все есть для комфортного проживания. Можно сделать косметический ремонт в ванной ( уже не новые двери и зеркало треснуло).
Отдыхаем не первый раз - очень довольны размером, комфортом и расположением аппартаментов.

Stayed at the apartment for one weekend and it was so good we didn’t want to leave. The place was clean, comfortable, great location and above all with an amazing view. The staff was very helpful when we needed them. Definitely will be booking the place again.

Everything was perfect clean apartment in a good condition.
The chairs in the kitchen area needs renovation and the door in the bathroom.

We visited for a number of years now. The sun beds and umbrellas urgently need changing and so do mattresses.
