  • Situated in the hills and overlooking Ayia Napa. Villa offers spacious modern kitchen, living and dining area, which have easy access to the private swimming pool and spectacular views while upstairs all 3 bedroom furnished to a very high standard with private balcony and en suite in the master bedroom.
  • There is a large roof terrace with outdoor kitchen area, which is the perfect area for taking in a fabulous Ayia Napa sunset.

Excellent house, I can only recommend this house. First class treatment in an first class environment.
The only issue were the steps at the pool. They were a bit shaky

My experience of staying at Roberta was basically great.
Quiet area, privacy, new full established villa with luxury facilities.

My only concern was the swimming pool condition:
1. it was very dirty (even cigarettes on it)
2. very strong clean medicines
3. the pool ladder was broken
