Ballafletcher Farm Cottage is a recently renovated cottage situated down a small country lane just minutes from Braddan Bridge on the TT course.

Very clean, finished to a high standard thought.

Excellent property, furnished & equipped to a high standard. Very clean thought.
Only criticism is that the cards lane is difficult to find, definitely needed the what 3 words address. A sign at the entrance would be beneficial.

This cottage truly felt like a home from home. Catered to all our needs and very clean & comfortable. Great location, close to Douglas but private on the outskirts of Douglas. I would highly recommend this cottage to people. Very nice and modern.

Great Cottage.
Hard to find. The What3Words link they sent gets you there. Don’t ignore it like we did!!
The What3Words link then allows you to navigate say with google maps. Works well.
Very spacious layout very quiet location.

Very clean and modern cottage, equipped to high spec. Island Escapes very helpful in solving our little difficulties. Could do with some additional practical bits such as extra hooks / utensils /airer. The visibility when turning on to Balafletcher road is very poor.
