Lovely property, clean and bright. Very well equipped. Great location for walking into Peel along the river. Spacious garden and veranda.
Very tight turn into the lane when approaching from the East.

1st Day arrived late and code to get in would not work. Contacted owner who came out at 2030 hrs with master keys to let family in. Owner was brilliant.

Next morning called Island Escape and new code that worked provided with in minutes. During our stay we had a lighting strike on satellite dish which knocked out most of the power in the lodge. A call to Island Escape in Castle Town and a rep was with use within half an hour to get full power back. Staff at Isled Escap excellent.

Accommodation and equipment within the Lodge are a very high standard.

Rooms very spacious and completed to a very high standard. The whole lodge which is pet friendly is kept at a very high

The property set in four acres of ground is secluded and very quite. If planning a family holiday for three generations of the family at any time in the future, I would most certainly look to book the lodge. I highly recommend Glenfaba Lodge as a go to place to stay

If city accommodation close to cafe's and bars is what you want on holiday, then Glenfaba Lodge isn't for you. For the rest of us, it's pretty close to perfect.

Glenfaba Lodge offers privacy and for our family get-together of three generations - plus two dogs - it was great. Walks are easily accessible and it's only a five minute drive to the local supermarket for essentials, yet you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.

The garden is steep, but once down by the pond you're in a sheltered sun trap where you can enjoy a snooze, a chat or watching your dogs tire themselves out racing up and down the bank!

The kitchen equipment is excellent and provided everything we could have wished for. The living room and balcony offer great views, so even if the weather hadn't been as kind as it was, we'd have been very well catered for.

If there is a downside, it's not having garden furniture outside on the ground floor, for enjoying our BBQs.

Although advertised as being on four floors, Glenfaba Lodge isn't as daunting as it may sound. Eight steps from the ground floor lead to four of the bedrooms, another short flight gets to the sitting room and balcony, and the final half staircase reaches the master suite.

If we ever have chance to visit the Isle of Man again, Glenfaba Lodge would be the first place we'd check for availability.

After a bit of a mix up with the property cleaner not prepping the house the Island escape team came mob handed to get the place cleaned for us. The house is fantastic, very private and the grounds were great for the kids and the dogs. We had a brilliant stay here and wish we could have stayed longer.
