The apartment is very nice. Clean & modern. However the settees are so low my Husband couldn’t get back up to a standing from sitting position. He in fact spent the whole week using his wheelchair in the lounge area. Perhaps a riser recliner chair would be a good addition. The wet room however was fine. The kitchen had most of the basics however I found it badly laid out, nothing seemed to be in the appropriate easily accessible position. The beds were quite comfortable, overall a decent apartment but I doubt we would stay there again. Also there is a lot of noise from people walking right past your windows adjacent to the road and cars driving past. Re noise, the soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs apartments is seriously lacking, we could hear every time the people upstairs moved or walked across the floor. If children were running around up there it would be intolerable. Parking was adequate.

Really spotless, modern, spacious and well appointed accommodation. Perfect location for visiting Isle of Man's two main attractions as well as one of its 18 glens on foot and rest of island by car. Four days insufficient to see everything we wanted to, we very much hope to come back.

Lovely location and great apartment , the only downside was the lack of soundproofing from the upstairs apartment.

The Stables is a beautifully appointed apartment and everything is to a very high standard. We were especially impressed by the amount of cutlery and crockery as it meant we are needed to use the dishwasher when it was full.

Incredibly well equipped 2-bed. You could easily cater for a large group in the super kitchen and sitting area. Plus a very large outdoor space by the stream. The residents in the overhead apartment might affect your enjoyment and the beds could be more comfortable.
