Exceptional apartment but we feel would benefit from a stain away carpet to give warmth and comfort.

Excellent apartment for 2people.very good quality modern fittings and decor. Very quiet and is in great vicinity of a beach. Everything you ask for a pleasant stay.

Our second stay at this apartment. Can’t fault the ease of booking or the communication from the letting company both before and during our stay. The apartment is well presented, very clean and with excellent facilities. Everything is modern and in keeping with the feel/layout of the accommodation. Location is fabulous, great for walking and convenient for local bus service (albeit limited). The hotel terrace bar on site is open to none residents and is a wonderful setting for an evening drink. Great to have a private parking space, such a bonus for any holiday accommodation.
The apartment itself is spacious in terms of the living/kitchen space and bedroom. Everything you need is provided, right down to cleaning materials, dish cloths, tin foil etc. The welcome pack of milk, biscuits etc is a lovely touch too. The bathroom is very compact (this is clearly indicated in the accommodation description) but very well laid out and functional. Again, everything you need is provided.
All in all, a lovely second stay and it won’t be our last. Really interested to look at some of the other properties Torquay Holiday Lettings offer but equally reluctant to give up this location!!

This apartment was in a wonderful location with everything you need.
It was like home from home.
Spotlessly clean and a nice touch of having tea, coffee, milk and a packet of biscuits upon arrival.
I would definitely recommend staying here.
I booked via Torquay Holiday Lettings and cannot fault the service I received.

Overall my wife and I had a very pleasant stay at Meadfoot Appt. The property is clean and well equipped. I had a couple of concerns, firstly the disposal of refuse. The weather during our stay was unfortunately wet and the metal fire escape that you have to use to access the bins is an accident waiting to happen especially when laden with refuse bags. Finally although nice to have the allocated parking space it is overhung by trees and bushes and after a week of being parked my vehicle had to be professionally cleaned to remove the sap from the paintwork. Overall though a really nice place to stay.

Many thanks for the review and the thoughtful comments. In terms of the rubbish bags - I take the point about the metal fire escape steps. The issue is though that the bins are at the back of the crescent and therefore it is necessary to get rubbish there either through the courtyard as mentioned or by going the longer way round. We'll give some thought as to how to mitigate this problem and will add details into the guest information. With regards parking - yes May and June are the months when that sticky sap does come off the trees. We'll get branches cut back where we can so that it isn't such a problem.

The glass table with a loose top could be dangerous! Apart from that all good but expensive for rear flat with no view.

Excellent place for a short break, with 2 minor quibbles (1) bedroom too light - needs a blackout blind (2) settee not very comfortable.
Overall, very well equipped and designed, and lovely being able to walk one minute down to Meadfoot Bay for swimming, watching the sea, etc. Also very peaceful.

Just returned from a week at Meadfoot Apartment. The apartment is located across the road from the beach and is set in beautiful gardens. The apartment is on the first floor to the rear of the property and really gives the wow factor when you walk through the door. It is tastefully furnished, immaculately clean and the attention to detail is superb. We particularly liked the fact the good quality equipment was supplied ie kettle, toaster, microwave AND the little touches like fresh milk and biscuits on arrival.
Adam kept in touch before and during our holiday. Instructions were clear and we were confident he would be on hand should we have needed anything.
We would definitely recommend both this apartment and booking direct with the company as we saved money choosing this option. Will be staying again when in the area!

A small but beautiful, stylish apartment.
We could not fault the apartment , kitchen facilities were excellent and well set out. Bedroom was beautiful with plenty of storage. Bathroom small but functional. Location great and the bonus of a allocated parking space. Would definitely recommend.

We have just had a short break in this little gem of an apartment. Superb, quiet location 2 mins from the sea, yet 5 mins drive from centre of Torquay.
The owner has done a complete refurbishment and the furnishings and fittings are to a very high standard, providing everything you need for a holiday.
A huge bonus to this apartment is a private, marked and numbered car parking space at the back of the building.
Access to the sea is by crossing some beautifully laid out gardens in front of the apartment block straight down to an all the year round cafe with food.
There is no mobile reception in the flat except by wifi which is provided. Outside there is no problem with reception.
All in all we had a great little break there and would highly recommend it.
