The house was lovely and perfectly suited our needs. It was equipped with everything we needed. Location was ideal and central. We would definitely return. Only downside were neighbours but unsure if they were rentals too and the bins were not emptied so we had nowhere to put rubbish, but this was sorted by Donald.
A lovely two bedroom cottage within walking distance of Kirkcudbright amenities. Very cosy cottage, modern interior with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Main criticism we had were the duvets that crackled every time you moved and the pillows were too soft (suggest bring your own if you like a harder pillow). You get a list of house rules week before you arrive, stating the amount of rubbish you can leave (in fact asking to take it home with you if more than one bag), can't use back door unless in emergency and the best bit having to strip the duvets, sheets and pillow cases before yo...more
