The house has a central location in the town and it is clean and well maintained. It is usually possible to park outside the property and it has the added bonus of a garden shed for bikes. There a number of nearby beaches and a lovely river walk but it is also easy just to sit in the attractive garden on sunny days. It was also nice to receive the welcome pack which included a number of goodies including homemade jam!

Sitting room is comfortable and spacious, the well-sorted kitchen a pleasure to work in. Street parking was available every time needed even though scarce in town; take care to leave room to pull out again as it's narrow. Big plus for us the harbour fishmonger from where we bought a dozen boat-fresh scallops for £10, major treat. We think 14 is quite pricey, having no outside sitting space...more
