We enjoyed our stay here enormously, a very unique stay in an area full of history and raw beauty. We were very lucky with the weather, which definitely enhanced the experience.
With easy trips out to Rye & golf at Lydd Golf course.

We had such a lovely stay at Channel View. The views were gorgeous, super comfy bed and a very well stocked kitchen. I've recommend it to all my friends. Can't wait to go back!

This was our second stay here - we love this house. Early June and the wild flowers were in full bloom, making the already wonderful views just stunning. We found ourselves staring out of the huge windows for hours, watching the wildlife and the constantly changing colours of the landscape. The house is so beautifully designed it is a real joy to be able to stay here. The welcome hamper was a very thoughtful touch. Thank you so much, we will be returning.

Had the most wonderful weekend here. The location is perfect with view of the lighthouse. Felt so peaceful, isolated, cosy - in all weathers. Check in and check out was seamless. Could not recommend more. Will be back.

A week in February where we had mixed weather but it enhanced the stay with the fabulous views and being snugged in. I couldn’t really picture internally till we arrived and it was really nicely done.

Facilities were great although I would have loved a bath too! Oven most complicated ever but very simple if you read the instructions .

Very thoughtful biscuits and coffee and brownie box.

Would thoroughly recommend this place for a couple, not sure if I’d have wanted to do a whole week with 4 but a long weekend with4 might work.

I booked this in February for my husbands birthday and we had the most wonderful weekend. It was exactly what we needed, relaxing and time away from the day to day in a gorgeous and peaceful setting. We had everything we needed and spent most evenings sat quietly with music on watching the world outside. We are definitely planning on returning.
