The Dairy Barn was beautiful inside and out. Great having the hot tub and so much outside space. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

In a really lovely location, looking out over stunning rolling countryside. Two outside seating areas (one on a terrace beside a small BBQ) and the other with a parasol beside the jacuzzi. Flowered borders. Enclosed large lawned garden with sun loungers and fire-pit. Very dog-friendly indeed. Super comfy bed and huge shower. Everything you need provided in the kitchen. I recommend taking your own ground coffee or capsules. Huge TV that I never switched on. Comfortable two-seater settee that Ruff & Tumble teal throw completely covered. Perhaps a small side table could be added beside that for hot drinks as the large velvet ottoman was much too nice to place them on, even on a tray. The Dairy Barn 2 in summary is pretty well perfect: deeply private, very tranquil and lovely estate staff.

What a great combination of beautiful views, the ‘welcome basket’, outdoor seating areas, sun loungers, hot tub, comfortable lounge area and well-presented bathroom. Owners were in touch ahead of time and made the whole process easy and welcoming. Would stay again and would suggest to others.

Our second visit. Lovely location, cosy and beautifully furnished accommodation.

A few details would make it a 5* experience. Sofa (only seating) looks nice but isn’t very comfortable for an evening in front of the TV.

No shower gel.

Our first visit there was a hamper of goodies with Prosecco, crisps and cake…these items weren’t offered this time which was disappointing!

Great short break at the Dairy Barn. Well equipped, comfortable accommodation with spectacular views.
A good base for sightseeing and walking.
The hot tub was a blessing during a heatwave.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dairy Barn for our Babymoon! The welcome hamper was a lovely touch & provided us with apple juice, bread, eggs, fresh butter & some preserves.
Only thing to note is dogs can easily escape or enter the enclosed garden. We have a small dog and he managed to escape multiple times so we found ourselves having to block all escape routes, then larger dogs easily entered and exited the garden using a low wall. Other than this we had absolutely no issues at all!

We had a week in Dairy Barn. It is stylish and cosy, with pretty much everything we needed. We used the hot tub 3 times, which was a lovely treat, especially as we could enjoy the amazing view of the sweeping countryside too. Next time, we will try to time it for warmer drier weather so we can enjoy sitting outside more.
My only gripe is that the only soft seating in the lounge area is a sofa bed. They are notoriously hard to sit on, and this was no exception. As an older couple, we like to sit and read or watch TV in the evening. The sofa was painful to sit on for too long. I don't understand why they have a sofa bed in Dairy Barn, as you really couldn't fit more than 2 in it. So, if the owners see this... please change the sofa for a more comfortable slightly longer one. Thank you.

A perfect stay in the barn. A marvelous surrounding in Kent/Sussex. Nice Walks. In a short time in Whitsable to enjoy the oysters and the. Same to Beachy Head. Don’t forget Tunbridge Wells. We Will be back in spring 2026

The stay exceeded our expectations. The property is a lot bigger than it looks, the private garden overlooking the cows and hot tub area were all very well kept and lots of beautiful flowers. We had a relaxing week, we stayed in and made use of the hot tub. All the personal touches like a dog hamper and a food hamper for us with fresh grown vegetables and cows milk and more. Its was soo lovely. We would come back again and again. Highly recommend.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting . Two days of doing nothing which we needed
Loved using the hot tub and sitting outside enjoying the views .
It was great being able to take our dog , and the enclosed garden was ideal .

We had a fantastic break away at the Dairy Barn. The location is beautiful and so relaxing. Watching the moon from the hot tub was a definite highlight.

The barn was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. Definitely somewhere I’d stay again

What an amazing place to have our honeymoon, truly the perfect environment to relax in!
We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows in the fire, and walking down the the farms lake.
+ There were some wonderful touches added to the property, including a lovely welcome hamper, some local cheese, and a little pack for a dog! Beautiful toiletries were provided, and were now considering switching to that brand!
- The property stated there was a microwave, which unfortunately there wasn’t, the socket on the right side of the bed didn’t work. The hot tub chemicals weren’t checked throughout our 5 days stay, and it absolutely stank on the last day. The drain in the shower was completely blocked on arrival, and would chuck out dirty water and crud, I tried to unblock it during my stay, this was unsuccessful.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2 Dairy Barn, the barn has been converted to a very high standard and the hosts have thought of every small detail to make it a great experience! The hot tub is a standout feature with a lovely view over the valley, and the welcome pack, log burner with starter logs and large range of kitchen items to use was a great touch, we highly recommend!

We have just enjoyed a fantastic stay at 2 Dairy Barn.
The barn is wonderful and has everything you need. The pictures really don’t do it justice as it is a lot more spacious and luxurious than they suggest and everything was like new and had one of the best catered kitchen for a rental we have experienced
We enjoyed the views from the hot tub everyday and our dog loved the garden and the wonderful footpaths right on our door step.
The log burner was super cosy and the large Tv with multiple channels and apps kept us fully entertained. We even had some lovely Christmas decorations and a gorgeous welcome hamper go festive essentials to enjoy.
They really do think of everything.
The only small criticism is, it would be super helpful to have a porch or somewhere to store our muddy wellies but it really is minor.
Thank you for having us - we can’t wait to return again soon for another relaxing break

We had a wonderful stay at the Dairy Barn. Everything was immaculate. Wonderful walks with the dogs. Loved the hottub. Very much appreciated the welcome basket - Prosecco, cheese, butter, eggs, milk, bread, orange juice. All cleaning stuff provided including dish washer and washing machine tabs.
