Very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed property in great location. However, the two bedrooms to the front of the property overlook the road and the traffic noise is disturbing - recommend you take ear plugs.

Absolutely everything about our stay was perfect.
The house is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you need, I've never seen such a well equipped kitchen in a rental house.
It's warm and cosy and the location is perfect, you can step out of the garden onto the beach.
Communication with the management was great and they responded to whatever questions we had.

The house has beautiful views of the beach, a great outdoor space overlooking the beach and it's a really great space. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The bedrooms are lovely, all with en suites, the ground floor offers an open plan kitchen, diner and living space plus a reception room.
We didn't use the basement but that was also a great space if you needed it.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

From the moment of arriving we all felt at home and relaxed at The Beach House in Sandgate. The sea has a calming effect and can be enjoyed from living areas and front bedrooms.

We loved the two minutes away on foot choice of delis / cafes, micro pubs and host of new restaurants.

The promenade is peaceful in the week and lightly bustling at the weekends - it’s fun to watch the joggers pass by and even the rowers at sea and the occasional jet ski! Our active friends enjoyed the seafront 5km run to neighbouring Hythe one way and shorter run to Folkestone the other. My husband and I used the resident supplied bikes to cycle to the harbour arm in less than 20 minutes. There is also a stunning play park and gardens less than 20/25 minutes walk passing huts and safely away from any traffic as we head to the harbour of Folkestone. (Harbour 45 min walk)

The home and the location is sublime and Sandgate is one of the secret treasures that offers everything so you never need to get in the car again. We will be back again soon. Thanks to Sally and Richard the owners and Bloom Stays.

We had a lovely stay at the Beach House for my Mums birthday. We were 6 adults and stayed for a long weekend in March. We were lucky to have great which meant the location right on the beach was fantastic.

The house itself is gorgeous and has been renovated and decorated to a very high standard throughout. Everything has been thought of and is set out in the house guide or in notes placed around the property. The kitchen is very well supplied with every kind of utensil you could need and again set out very well.

The only downside is the lack of parking. As one other reviewer said unpacking on a double yellow line whilst the traffic waits to go around your car is a bit stressful. This is especially true when you’ve brought groceries and drinks for a weekend. However the lack of parking goes with the beachfront location and isn’t too much of an inconvenience if you’re only going to need to park outside the house at the start and end of your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and would return again.

The Beach House really WAS the perfect venue for our family holiday with its 'back to the future' feelings of childhood Sandgate holidays gone by.

With plenty of space to spread out AND eat together at mealtimes (thanks to a kitchen with everything that you will need - and more), the flexibility afforded by the house was just right.

As for location, the house is just a short step from the independent 'village' of Sandgate's high street. With its coffee shops, wine 'tasting room', Natalina's Italian Deli & Cicchetti Bar and more, there's something for everyone.

The beach house offers more than self catering - little details and touches you would expect in a hotel (choice of pillows, mini body wash / soaps and an array of towels) Superbly equipped for a supper for kings and suitably set up for families to enjoy.
The setting on the seafront enjoys the sounds of the waves and passing sunrise and side on sunset glows. The cafes and restaurants are in abundance on foot and we loved the croissants and coffee at Mr Whippets :)

What a beautiful home , and a joy to stay in. Every element of this house was perfect for us . We had comfort , every room had its own en suite. lovely quality bed linens, towels . in fact the whole house was of very high standards . We especially loved that we were able to go through the garden gate to the beach or walk into Folkestone . We highly recommend this house .

As a mix couples group including kids we enjoyed our stay and birthday celebration at the beach house.

Sunrise and sunset is extra special as the homes feels with a magnificent light and the well being for everyone is unreal.

Kids love the games room, the space to roam and the beach a hop out the garden on to the pebbles is just super fun and something you can’t believe is possible .

The kitchen is one of the best equipped and we do a lot of group travel and have a friend who’s a chef. Small details considered including hand held blenders, heaps of crockery, range of knives and not one but actually two kitchens!

Comfort in the rooms with superb mattresses, darkened room and hotel touches in the bathrooms with an array of toiletries, there are even choices of pillow!

Sandgate has heaps within walking distance for morning croissants to fish and chips and even Dockers bar and a wine bar

The Beach House at Sandgate is situated in a perfect beach front location. The house was immaculate, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Bloom Stays kept in touch throughout our stay (not that we needed them) but comforting to know we could reach out if necessary, It was the small details that made a difference. The kitchen layout was superb and offered everything you would need. Bloom Stays offered some activities as extra and we went ahead with sip and paint. Sue and Sharron were amazing and we all enjoyed a really fun afternoon.

Lovely house with some nice features. Some parts are needing repair such as the bifold windows which were extremely difficult to open.
The master bedroom is great the other bedrooms and en-suites could do with being brought up to same standard.
The house is really well equipped with some nice touches such as toiletries in bathrooms and welcome pack on arrival

We had a wonderful week at the Beach House. Both the house and location are excellent. Everything has been finished inside to such a high standard, and it was great to be able to walk straight out onto the beach each morning. We left feeling very relaxed and refreshed, and would happily stay there again. Nicky was prompt and responsive throughout the booking process, helping us to find the Beach House in the first place and answering all of our queries leading up to the stay.
