Bowhill House was our third 5 star exclusive use of this property that launched onto the market in March 2022 and is all on one level. Using the same levels of quality as our other properties, we have developed a cosy, intimate property to sleep up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. There is a small double sofa bed available for guests to use in bedroom 3 which is strictly for children only. There is a linen supplement of £25.00 added to the booking to accommodate 12 guests.

I have to say that I was extremely impressed by both the location and Bowhill House. From the decor, cleanliness right through to the space and how each communal area provided space to come together as well as apart. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

I was able to stay in the Bowhill House with my group of golfers and it could not have suited us better. We took full advantage of the amenities offered, using the driving range, short-game area, and hot tub on multiple occasions. The quality of the house itself was only exceeded by the service that was provided by John and his family. We were completely taken care of!

14 of us stayed between Bowhill and Hawkswood
We enjoyed the games room with pool table and bar area . We chilled in here whilst chef Al Roberto cooked an exquisite 5 course meal across the few yards to Hawkswood
The bedrooms are stunning with spacious bathrooms attached
The hydro spa is in a lovely private spot with stunning views

This was our second visit to Hawkswood and we had an amazing time. John welcomes you like family and nothing is too much trouble. The staff sorted out our grocery delivery as we had flight delays. We had fresh pastries and a lovely welcome pack on arrival, delicious. The accommodation is 5 Star with every luxury thought of. We enjoyed a game of football on the lawn with goals that John set up. The driving range and putting green was put to good use by all the party. We just loved walking the grounds chasing the hares and deer spotting. We will be back again in the near future and had a fantastic time. Thank you John, Mary-Jo and team you rock!

A group of 20 of us booked both the Roundel and Bowhill house for a weekend away and it was brilliant. The houses are so luxurious and comfortable and has everything you need there. The communication from start to finish of booking was great and very professional. Such a relaxing weekend away and great value for money. Would highly recommend and definately will be back again. We stayed in Bowhill house for the weekend celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful, with stunning decor, extremely comfortable beds, very well equip kitchen. We had a chef Kevin who was suggested by Hawkswood come in and cook for us 1 night and his food was exquisite. The house facilities including pool table and hot tub were a perfect addition to the house and enjoyed by all.

We will be back!

Just back home after a weekend stay for 20 women across two of the houses. The place is beautiful and everything has been thought about. The communication is easy and effortless and the little touches really make a big difference!

We were very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of this house. It had everything we can think of and more. My grown up children especially enjoyed using the pool table as we were there in winter. Definitely luxury accommodation.

We had a fantastic weekend in Bowhill House and The Roundel. The house had everything we needed, was immaculately clean, and was spacious and comfortable. The living areas were ideal for large groups. We enjoyed our meals in the Roundel, and socialised in Bowhill making use of the pool table and bar. The short course golf course was a great activity for our staff. Many commented on the beautiful scenery, and we loved the inquisitive alpacas! We would highly recommend the accomodation. The staff at Hawkswood provided a high level of customer care before and during our stay.

Hawkswood House and Bowhill House are two incredible properties that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting St Andrews - two 5 star properties that have the most amazing inclusions and decor - each room is so beautifully made up and different to the next. The appliances are modern, the golf practise facilities are exceptional, and the owners are friendly and accommodating. They have everything and much more anyone visiting St Andrews could want!
